My daughter Madison locked her keys in the car with it running, Cornerstone answered right away and said, 'I'm on my way.' Great customer service he was fast and efficient. Chad was very friendly and personably. I would highly recommend him. They are very reasonably priced. Very Happy and would use them again and recommend them to everyone.

Chad and his team were just amazing. I had a heck of a challenge with my garage door lock, and Chad went way out of his way to help. He even brought in two additional carpenters to install the new lock and deadbolt, and basically rebuilt my door frame (after installing two other deadbolts and locks). He worked around our family's schedule, even came in on a Saturday - and worked his schedule to come half a day early so we could go to a graduation ceremony. He offered an exceptional cost, went over all the details, and had a very experience team (on a very challenging project). He also gave us a military discount, and was very patient - spending over 6 hours fixing our door and installing locks. Chad and Cornerstone Locksmith was very professional and joy to work with. I would recommend him and his team to anyone - probably the best team like this I've worked with in the past 20 years doing projects at this house and our other house here in Ankeny. He will go out of his way to make sure that you're satisfied, and does exceptional work!

Was away on vacation with no house keys when electricity went out. 4 days later...no electricity=still locked out. Dave gave me a very reasonable quote to get me back in the house, arranged to meet me at a time convenient for me and then spent an extraordinary amount of time trying to get in the house due to an extremely tight garage seal. 45-minutes and lots of physical exertion later on his part, I WAS IN! He stuck with his original quote, even though I felt it could have been increased just based on the amount of time the process took. He even called me when he was going to be a few minutes late due to unexpected road closures. GREAT customer service and quality work!

Cornerstone went above and beyond for me. I needed a couple keys made. I went to Ace and Wal-Mart, but they couldn’t find the right key. I called Cornerstone who ordered a box of keys for me! It took only two days to get the keys delivered and less than 5 minutes to make the keys. He was so nice he deserves more than 5 stars!

Called for a locked out of detached garage, showed up within the hour after bussiness hours. Unlocked it in the first five minutes, much faster then the last time this happened and I had to call someone else. Out of NO WHERE, he made us two keys because I didn’t have any, and we were just using automatic garage door remotes. Absolutely Fantastic service!!!

Dave rekeyed some locks earlier this year for us and did a great job but recently one of the locks became jammed and wouldn’t turn. Dave came up to Slater and got the lock working again and because he rekeyed the locks previously, he would not allow me to pay him for his time. I’m really impressed by Dave and his commitment to his work and would recommend his services to anyone who needs it. If you’re looking for an honest, friendly, and prompt locksmith then give Dave a call! Seriously, really great guy!

We had the pleasure of working with Cornerstone on a Sunday of all days! When we were locked out of our car we called AAA and they referred us to Cornerstone he was there in no time to unlock us. After he left we realized we were locked out of the console of our car and needed it unlocked too! We called them back and they were nice enough to turn around and come back to help us! Locked keys in my car, spent the whole morning trying to get my way back in. Called it quits and found a number for Cornerstone. The guy that came out got here fast and had my car unlocked within a minute. Only $50 to have him come from Ankeny to West Des moines and get it unlocked which is a great price compared to the others I looked up!
