If I could give Roni more stars, I would. From beginning to end this was a perfect experience. I scheduled on a Monday for a Tuesday appointment (amazing that he could accommodate me so quickly) for a 3:00 - 4:00 appointment. He called me at 2:00 to let me know he'd arrive shortly after 3:00 and texted 10 minutes away from appointment (excellent communication). He arrived and promptly fixed my door knob and was able to fix rather than replace the entire door knob assembly. He also fixed a few other door knobs that were loose. He's amazing. Smart, punctual, honest. Would recommend him to anyone!

I have nothing but great things to say about Bosh and the Job Done Locksmith team. I had a broken lock on the front door of my home and I had called a different locksmith first to come out and take a look. The first locksmith didn't take the time to inspect the actual issue with the lock and just took a photo and then quoted me $750-$3k to replace the whole lock system. Then I called Job Done Locksmith and Bosh came out within a couple hours. He took the time to carefully diagnose the issue, fixed it on site, and made sure that everything was working 100% before leaving. On top of his technical skills, Bosh was also kind and professional and the price was reasonable too. I would definitely recommend Job Done Locksmith to anyone looking for a locksmith with integrity and quality in the Denver area.

Roni responded very quickly to our outreach and sent a tech out just a few hours later to help us change our locks on our new home. The tech told us that some of the locks couldn’t be changed and would need to be ordered, and he would come back out the following week to fix the job. Roni came out directly the second time and let us know that the tech should have been able to fix everything the first visit, and didn’t charge us for coming out which was very nice of him. I locked my garage door opener in my car and someone was able to come out on a Sunday in about 90 minutes. Bashar was super friendly and helpful even though technically I should have called a garage door company in the first place. He was able to get me into my garage and relock it in about 15 minutes. Would definitely call them again when I need an actual lock replaced.

Roni was quick to respond and while scheduling a time to meet me, which was going to be later in the day, I had my children screaming and crying/arguing in the background, I clearly was frazzled and in distress. He seemed to pick up on this on the other end of the phone, asked if I had a place to wait where the kids and I would be comfortable/safe and out of the cold from todays storm and I said we would hunker down in the car and watch Netflix so I didn't have to drive in these conditions. To this he responded, 'Ok give me 15 minutes please' showed up in about 10 and gets us in our house in under a minute. Wouldn't let me pay extra for him going out of his way to save us, was amazing with my kids, way cheaper than what we've paid with other locksmiths in Denver. I almost cried/ wanted to hug him I was so grateful. I'll be recommending him to everyone and anyone.

I called Job Done when I locked myself out of my condo and they more than got the job done! My very old, under-serviced door proved to be quite a challenge - the tech who came out (promptly!) tried their best to ensure the best possible solution was reached for ultimately replacing my lock. This included - the boss himself showing up with a replacement (in the evening!) Not only did I get a replacement lock but I was also told the history of it, how to best take care of all the mechanisms and he adjusted the knob to ensure proper working order. Best service ever. I got locked out due the malfunction of my smart lock and called this company. The receptionist was very nice and helpful. She told me somebody will be at my place in 20 minutes. Ronnie was so prompt and helpful. He gives clear and precise information with no up selling. He was easy to communicate with and super accessible while making and confirming the appointment. When he called me, he asked if giving the estimate and completing the service in the same appointment would work. YES! ABSOLUTELY!!!!!!! And so it happened! My project required changing regular key operated deadbolts to keypad operated locks (hey I’m getting with times of ease and convenience!). Call me a sometimes suspicious female customer if you will, but I have seen it all being a homeowner...and not all workmen/service providers are as straightforward as Ronnie. Call him. He will not steer you wrong. Fees are reasonable and customary. And he has a great sense of humor.

Hired them to help with a French backdoor to which I had lost the key. Yoshi came out the next day, and showed me the trick to removing the tumbler from the door. Yoshi offered to key it the same as my front door but unfortunately the locks take different types of keys. Then he took the tumbler to his vehicle and came back in about 5 mins with two new keys. Can't say enough about the Job Done Locksmith team and the customer service they provide. I'm a tough self-admitted perfectionist, and as far as I'm concerned, Job Done Locksmith is a unicorn. I ordered custom blanks from Hero's Armory and waited to schedule until they'd arrived. When the first locksmith from Job Done showed up, we talked through what needed to be done and he quickly understood he wouldn't be able to cut the keys , but that another locksmith with special equipment would be able to complete the job in one fell swoop. I felt horrible that he'd come out and wasn't able to complete the job I'd expected, but Harry assured me it was no problem and that their number one priority is customer satisfaction. How refreshing. Harry left and a little later I received a call from the owner Roni, who was on his way to my residence. Roni showed up promptly, busted out his kit to re-key the entire house lickity split, and cut all of my custom blanks perfectly. All of my bolts/locks now operate in much better shape; there's no more fighting or jiggling and everyone in my house now has a unique, custom key. Exactly what I was hoping for... Roni and the Job Done Locksmith team definitely got it right. The price was better and the service experience was the best I've had in as long as I can remember. Top notch. Don't even bother looking elsewhere.

Ronnie came to look at our original front door lock on our 1920s home that we very much want to keep despite the trouble we were having with it. He is very familiar with older/antique locks that are typical of many homes in Denver neighborhoods. After going to another local locksmith to get a skeleton key for an old lock and finding out they were out, I did a little Googling and gave Job Done a call. Roni asked me to text a picture of the lock to make sure he could do it, and within the hour he was at my house picking up the lock. He initially said he would need to keep the lock for a day, but ended up coming back just a few hours later with a freshly oiled lock and two keys. His knowledge of old locks (he told me that ours was from 1930) also gave me confidence that if we run into needing anything in our house re-keyed or keys made for any of our other old locks later on, he would be able to help us out. Though I didn't take him up on the offer because I already had plenty of house keys, Roni also offered to make extra house key copies for free. It's hard to get good quick service on a weekend, but when we called Job Done they were out to our house in a hurry. I found "Job Done Locksmith" while I was hunting online for a local Locksmith in the Denver area. I called them hoping I could get an appointment sometime within the next several days - the guy said he could be there in an hour, and arrived right on time. They installed "high security locks" for my new house and also oiled the doors hinges so it closes better. The price was a bit higher than what I expected but the guy gave me a one year warranty on the locks. The whole process was quick. the technician was professional and knew what he was doing. Wow can't say enough, I own an investment property and needed the house Rekeyed for my new tenant to prevent the previous tenant from accessing the house.
