This past weekend our Kia Sorento was broken into. If you live in Denver, you know that Kia's are notorious for being broken into. Working with the police, people in the neighborhood, and insurance was extremely stressful. I called my Kia dealership and was told that there are no appointments available for 3 weeks for a lock replacement. When nighttime set my panic set. Being a witness to other car thefts that night caused me a great deal of anxiety. Although my car was able to lock - the outdoor key port was fully damaged on the passenger's side. I was worried that the group of thieves would come back as they were previously interrupted by our neighbor. You guys have no idea how many bike locks I pit throughout my car so it would be more difficult to steal. I googled what I could do in that situation and it gave me the best answer - call a locksmith. That's where Henry saved the day. I called him on a Friday night. He gave me a quote over the phone. Told me what he will do and he came an hour later to save the day. From the moment he arrived, he was professional and got straight to work. Henry is an ethical man who I will call again if myself or my family need a locksmith again. Thank you Henry for all you did for us that night. What came from a horrible day ended with a smile when I saw the replaced lock. I still can't believe the high level of service I received from Henry.

Leaving this review because the customer service Mr. Henry provided was extraordinary. My wife accidentally lost her keys and accidentally locked herself out of our apartment in the at night. After doing a search on Google, I contacted first choice 24 hour lock Smith by phone, it went to voice mail so I ended the call, but a minute later I got a call from Mr. Henry asking if I needed a locksmith? I told him the situation with my wife and me being away in another state for a business trip, he then asked me if I could text him pictures of the locks to get a better price estimate before making the trip to my location. He was really up front with the pricing and and even gave me on honest percentage of the chance of successful picking my type of lock without having to drill it open. Highly recommend this company. Henry responded quickly to my request for service after my car (Hyundai Tucson) was broken into and the lock cylinder damaged beyond repair. He not only responded same day (Saturday) but also procured a part from a colleague when the warehouse supplied the wrong part, and met me at a different location 30 minutes away (no additional charge) when I had an appointment to go to after our initial meeting. The final price for his service was as initially quoted, plus tax. Highly recommend Henry and his company. Professional services at a fair price.

Henry was so helpful my brother in laws car keys got stolen so he couldn’t get in the car. I had an issue where the new car I purchased somehow had different door locks than the ignition lock. I called and Henry answered the phone and immediately diagnosed what the issue was and said he could be here the same day. He arrived, managed to sync the locks, make me a new key, and get my old clicker to work. He had my car unlocked within 2-3 minutes? I’m a little embarrassed to admit, but i’ve locked my self out plenty of times and i’ve always had to wait over an hour for someone to get to me. I lost all the keys to my 2016 Subaru Outback which is a push start, so the keys have to programed to the computer system of the car. He made me two keys for roughly 300 bucks cheaper than what Subaru quoted me for one key and I didn't have to pay to have my car towed which would have been another couple hundred. And it much easier & faster than what I imagined the process would be. God willing, I never lose all my keys again but I have his business card saved just in case (oops!)

AMAZING! The superhero of locksmiths! Lost my car key (and the spare was lost years ago) and had no idea what to do. Spent five minutes on the phone, was given an incredibly reasonable quote, and an amazing, professional, and kind locksmith came to my office within 30 min. He was finished making and programming the new key within 20 minutes, and was kind enough to give me a spare. He explained that if I find my original keys they will also work. We were in an absolute nightmare situation with lost keys at the airport 8 hours from home. Henry met us at long term parking and he saved me from the nightmare. It was no easy task. I have an older German car which requires programming, and due to its age and other circumstances it was very difficult. Henry really went above and beyond. He was professional, competent, courteous and helpful. He tried to pick our lock but because it is a newer 6 pin model, it had to be drilled out. He did this and replaced the lock.
