When two people showed up it threw me for a curve ball at first. They got to me in about 40 minutes. Joao was an apprentice and they explained he was in training. It's an uncomfortable feeling watching 2 strangers basically break into your home. But Joao was great at putting me at ease. I initially had appointment scheduled a week ahead. The guy was supposed to call me to confirm the day before (he didn't) and show up at 11 (he didn't. ) i called to ask if he was coming. He said he would come in about two hours. But then I got a call from John. He arrived about a half hour later and did the job reasonably quickly and was courteous. 5 stars for John. 1 for the other guy, since at least he asked someone else to cover for him.

Not more than two minutes after I called the main office, Jon, my locksmith called to touchbase. He was extremely courteous and professional. I'm amending my original 1 star review. I was initially dissatisfied with the service because I was charged more for this lockout than I had been by the company in the past and by comments made by the technician. In the moment I had misinterpreted the intent of the technician and was frustrated by the increased rate. The manager, Tiffany, called and explained that I was charged at a higher rate this time because I had called a different company that they contract with. Knowing I'm a repeat customer, and what I was charged last time, she refunded the difference. Based on their customer service in making this right, their glowing reviews are a testament to their values as a company.
