Service was great. I called a couple different places and got voice-mails but E.B. picked up and had me in contact with a tech in short order. The tech was great. He had to try a few different options but was able to get 2 keys cut and programmed for my car after I had lost the original, and did it in the rain on a holiday (sorry!). Pricing was absolutely reasonable. I would recommend E.B. Locksmith to anyone.

I needed a duplicate chip key made for my 2008 pickup truck. After getting the runaround from another locksmith that I had traveled a good distance to get to, I called E.B. Since I lived a fair distance from Columbus, the tech and I met at an agreed location. Tye had the correct key blank, cut it, and programmed it quickly, and saved me some money over going to the dealer. Tye was very friendly and even lubed a sticky door lock without me asking, as a courtesy. Very good service.

I lost the keys to one of my work trucks, It was also locked and I had about 12 hours to move it before it was towed and impounded. I called around a few local places and EB Lock smith was the best priced estimate by far. Within minutes of calling the owner himself was here, he got the truck unlocked and and a new key cut and programmed. Very fast and professional. Over all a really nice guy. I would definitely recommend him to anyone needing locksmith services.

I had stupidly locked my keys in the trunk while loading groceries today at Giant Eagle in Lewis Center. I called at 1:47 PM and was at first quoted $80.00 & 20 minutes to come gain access to my car. The man on the phone was very polite & did update through out the process. He did lower the cost down to $70.00 which was really nice considering I had over $100 in groceries going to waste in my trunk (of course happened on the first HOT day we got!) So in order to avoid that I agreed but, I did find out after the going rate is typically $50.00 in the are but I had never experienced this ordeal so didn't know a typical rate. He did offer convenient payment options such as accepting my debit/credit card using a mobile device. The locksmith finally arrived at 2:28 PM after quoting he could be there in 20 minutes & that is my only complaint. I was able to call & get updates as I waited and helped him locate me in the parking lot. He was very friendly. I think they should check Google maps & give a time frame based on that instead of guessing so the customer can choose to hire them or another service/company based on the time frame. If I didn't have groceries or children waiting on me it wouldn't have been to bad but I was trying to give them updates on time & was being told incorrect times to work with. I would suggest them in the future however & I saved their number in my phone for emergencies or for friends who need this service in the future. My husband has locked his keys in his work truck multiple times (lol) Thanks for helping me out today! Very much appreciated 🙏 !

Car key computer went out and in the process killed my battery. I was told a tech would be here at 5:30p and he’s was early. He jumped my car and he took his time to make sure the key was cut and programmed properly. This was a $300 job minimum every where else but much more affordable with this company. He was nice easy and fast, but they just walked in the house . I also think 120.00 is very expensive just to pound a key into the door. It literally took 2 sec and he was done. That part was great. I just don’t like the fact he just walked in and it was definitely overpriced
