Locked myself out of my car at 1030pm. Dog in the car and no spare key. Sweating and thinking the worst I started looking for places online to bail me out. Charity came through for me in the biggest way possible. Gave me honest feedback, warned me about possible complications, but had someone onsite in less than twenty minutes. Quick service that is very reasonably priced. I had a difficult problem with the wrong key stuck in the car ignition. Evan worked diligently to minimize the damage and the amount of disassembly/reassembly required. Sought assistance from others when he had tried all the usual steps. Was successful in removing the key, We only paid the amount of the initial quote, even though the work took MUCH longer than a simple key extraction would take.

AMAZING SERVICE. Due to a faulty door knob installed by my poor landlord, the door knob broke locking me inside my 3rd floor apartment with no way out and locking my boyfriend out in 30 degree weather. Instead of taking my money, she face timed me to help me get the door knob off and maintain an entry/exit way from the apartment. I was at the store, bought a bunch of groceries. Went to my car and realized I left me keys in the car. I called a locksmith, it was 23 out and they said 35 minutes. I waited 40 minutes no one showed up. I called and they were stuck on another call. I then looked and found 24 hour locksmith. I was told they will be at my car as soon as possible. I called other companies with a better understanding of what I needed done after speaking to courney and a better understanding on how to ask. I discovered a better deal with a different company, but unfortunately they were closed today, so the price they gave me ,After contacting multiple companies, deciding whether or not their availability fit with my needs and exposing some companies intended hidden fees I decided to pursue with business with Darrin with 24 Hour Locksmith in Columbus station in Bexley,Ohio. I decided to go with this company and I am litterally sitting outside watching the locksmith build up the information he needs to create a new key and he is very focused. I appreciate the attention to detail and also that the company prides themselves on the quality of their product and stand behind it with a 90 day Warranty. The locksmith Darrin, assured me that the key should not fail me. To me that means he is confident in the quality. So far I am impressed with the customer service I recieved. I was treated with respect and courtney , made my experience even better but understanding my needs as a customer from the beginning asking important questions such as "are you looking for the best deal or the quickest service?" To me that stands out more than taking down all my information and sending a locksmith out with giving any price and having hidden fees.Nobody wants to pay the highest price but everyone wants the highest quality.I have only spoke to two people from this company but the friendliness and generosity stands tall. If you are having an emergency, call this company. I called a few places but most didn't answer or wouldn't give me a flat price. 24 Hour Locksmith of Columbus responded immediately though. They sent Charity as my technician. I was leery at first with it being a female but just needed it done ASAP. I had locked my keys in the car before work and was in a serious jam if she hadn't came so quickly. She got to my place in 15minutes, impressively got into my vehicle in less than 20 seconds, and was definitely worth every penny! I highly recommend this number is worth saving because they will surely save the day if you need them.
