Triangle Safe & Lock without a doubt Is the best safe and lock company in Columbia, SC. I brought a safe through a third party company. I asked Triangle safe can I have the safe delivered to their location they said no problem. They let me evaluate the safe before final delivery and make sure everything was in working order. Here is we’re the service and professionalism really shined. Keith and Cody came up with a plan to install the safe in a somewhat difficult environment. You could see the years of experience and the quite confidence that they had seen it all. We even learned a few tricks watching them safely install the safe at our location. My family was super impressed with the job they did. I most definitely would use them for any safe and lock needs.

The keys to my truck toolbox got lost. It has those push in style locks on the ends. Triangle was able to make me in a key for it very quickly. I had 2 keys made for this box and another key copied that no one else could make. All this and still spent less than 30 bucks. These guys are good, very good. Very professional and friendly.

I needed a second key for my Camry and their rates were MUCH better than the dealership. I ended up getting a keyless entry key and it works just as great as an original. They ordered the key and after it came in a couple days later it took about 15 minutes to program.

I had an issue with my gun safe. It had an electronic lock that decided to fail and I could not get into it. On a recommendation from somebody, I called a competitor of Triangle. After dealing with that circus show for SEVEN WEEKS with lies, excuses, and ghosting (They gave me the price ahead of time and I approved it) they said they had ordered the drill bits, but they haven't come in yet... I was at the point I asked them if they didn't want the job to let me know instead of promising me they are coming by, and no show me. Three times I cleared my schedule that costs me money so I can be available. Needless to say I was at the "Hite" of frustration... I called Triangle on a Friday, and after discussing with them what I had, the issues I had, and what needed to happen, they scheduled me for the following Monday. Flip, the technician was there on time, clean, courteous, and tried his best to get the safe open without drilling first. After no avail, he had the correct equipment and did what was necessary and got my safe open by lunchtime. He did everything I asked of him and then some. The company itself helped me after the fact when I needed some questions asked, they were very reasonable with their prices. I feel as though I could kick myself for not calling Triangle first. I promise you this, if or when I need them again they will be the only ones I call.

I needed to get keys made for my semi truck and called a locksmith on my side of town and they said 75 dollars for 1 key so I called triangle safe and lock and they told me 5 dollars a key, so I drove the 15 miles and 5 minutes later I had 4 keys made for my semi and 2 for my pickup for half the price of what zigdon quoted me. Thank god there are professional businesses around still

I can't say I've actually used their services, but I've been emailing back and forth asking questions about my own interests in the industry and the owner has gone above and beyond in answering them. He has no obligation to answer my questions as they don't pertain to actually doing business with them, but he's still taken his time to respond, and very promptly might I add. That to me means a lot, and I would definitely do business with them in the future. I've emailed other businesses that won't even respond because my questions aren't really business related. This guy in my book is top notch.

This is THE place I go to for all of my business and personal locksmithing needs. The store front has all the grab bag goodies (tags, chains, unique keys, accessories, etc) you'd expect at a key shop along with some rarities you won't find on shelves elsewhere. They carry a good variety of safes on site as well. Enough of all that. Let's get to the good stuff: All high-security brands and product lines are carried. If they don't carry it, there is a reason they don't, and if you ask them they will tell you why. All of the staff members are great to work with. They maintain well documented, very secure client records. Having a company that designs, implements, and stands by their product is a true gift. They maintain security contracts/agreements that are authorized by my client's owners or officers. This sets up standard operating procedures for getting keys cut, replaced, or destroyed in a secure manner very efficiently. They know how many keys they've cut, which specific ones, and who they were released to. I usually work with Jason on design and implementation. For me, being able to understand the different brands, systems, features, draw backs, etc allows me to make the correct informed decision. On that note, I highly recommend the latest MulTLock master key systems; Two words: bad ass. For one of my clients we used the latest MulTLock and had a system created utilizing Grand Master Keys that open every door in any of our locations across the US; master keys for individual stores/locations; sub master keys for department breakdown and access; all the way down to entry/exit and closet keys. Truly a work of art that streamlines security risk mitigation and individual employee's scope of access and responsibilities. A little deeper, if you really are still reading this: The owners/employees are phenomenal at what they do. Some good points follow. 1. Starting with an empty slate, fleshing out all of the my client by client needs, wants, and ideas. 2. Picking and designing in detail a flawless system that exceeded my requirements/expectations. 3. Great communication (allowed me to continually bounce ideas/questions/concerns off of them. They are always comfortably patient and very educational (even concerning a lot of things/options I didn't think about, because I'm not a locksmith pro). They kept me informed and involved with developments and decision making. 4. Scheduling and executing a perfect turn-key installation. No crazy hiccups that have any impact on time frame, cost, or system chosen. They know how to get in, get the job done, and deal with the random odd part/placement/material that requires a quick adjustment. Ain't no stopping their train. Choo choo. 5. Aftercare: they maintain all records, agreements, and system access control info that allow you to call them on a moment's notice to cut and release keys (or make a change to system to bar access). And only if it's in compliance with the security and access info you setup with them in the beginning. They aim to please, and their customer service and knowledge are second to none. I don't work for these guys, and (unfortunately) won't get any kind of kickback for this review. I have just never had an experience with a specialty vendor that has left me as satisfied and eager as this team. I had to splurge. They left a major impact that I felt required sharing.
