Within a little more than an hour of my call, an Tech arrived at my House. He was very efficient and able to set things right. I called them today (a Saturday) at 2:40pm to see about programming two new keys with a new ignition switch in a Honda Pilot. At 3:10pm, he was done and backing out of the drive way. Price was exactly what he quoted on the phone, and was about what I expected to pay. Very nice, professional, and knew EXACTLY what to do. I price checks with every locksmith in Columbia trying to get the best deal. I got crazy quotes like $300 for 2 key fobs to be programmed. They offered me such a great deal, I drove down almost immediately. I was in an out in about 5 minutes and couldn’t be happier. T and T are lifesavers! The family and I flew back into Columbia airport and realized when we landed we had at some point lost our only key fob for our Toyota Siena with push button start. T and T was able to come out at 10:30pm and get us into the car, new OEM key fob, and driving again in probably an hour to hour and a half from when we called initially to leaving the airport. Talk about fast. Seriously amazing and hope I don’t do a bonehead move like that again, but glad awesome locally owned companies like T and T are here to bail people out like me. After my family and I found ourselves locked out of the house our first estimated wait from AAA was 2.5 hours. When they called back 2 hours later saying they couldn't get to us that night, I immediately called T & T. That was the best decision of my life. We were in the house 25 minutes later. Pros: fast response time, friendly, quality work Cons: did not give me an estimate and it was extremely expensive. I have a "smart lock" and the keypad stopped working, and I was locked out. T&T responded very quickly. Because it was a smart lock, the locksmith had to drill into the lock and break it in order to get in. The locksmith then proceeded to fix the lock, which I thought was great. However, he didn't tell me it would cost $240 to fix. I could have just ordered an entire new lock for $75 instead of paying the $240 to fix it. The whole process cost $500, which I thought was very pricey. However, I should have asked for an estimate before the lock was fixed. Just make sure you ask for a quote!

T&T Lock And Key are very perfect company. Was lockout of my business ( again ) and try to call the locksmith I know from last time ( 2 month ago ) he was in Vaction and let me have Toni number. I talk with Toni and he send one of his guys to help us out. 3 min after he arrive the door was open and he charge me less then the other locksmith. By far the best locksmith in Columbia. Fast friendly tech's and the price was the cheapest around. Great service and i always recomend Don and his guys when it comes to a local trustworthy locksmith. I have 2006 Honda Accord with high security key. I called other locksmiths in the area and was told this key could not be made here in columbia. however when i called Don he said no problem.
