The tech Chris called on his way out to my house to let me know how far away he was. When he got here he explained all the charges before tax,to let me know ahead of time which I appreciated. He very quickly had my car's push start key programmed and ready to go. Everyone I spoke with with this company was very professional and kind! Thank you so much for a wonderful experience!

I was locked out of my resident after working 14 hours and commuting an hour from Shaw Air Force Base. As you guess, I was not in the best mood. The technician called, and communicated that he’d arrive in 15 minutes. He arrived in roughly 10 minutes and went straight to work. He was very quick, professional, and a bit comical. My mood definitely changed for the better. Thank you Jamani for your professionalism and swift service. I bought a vehicle that ended up not having a door key to match my ignition key and I was very upset about not being able to lock my doors. The technician was able to not only make a door key, but he fixed it so the same keys opened all doors, my hatch and worked in my ignition as well! They actually did the work at my job and it was done quickly! I have and will continue to recommend this company because they are professional and friendly and it was very reasonably priced.

Tristan saved the day, my car was having issues with my transponder key programming and Tristan was able to think on the fly and run through advance electronic diagnostics to find a solution. Tristan went above and beyond, he even turned back around shortly after service to answer a question. Ready locksmith really has a solid team including dispatch turn around (at my car within 15 mins). Stop waiting/shopping around, call these guys.

I have been locked out of my car and using other peoples car for the past 5 months! I called the Honda place and they wanted me to bring the car... like really??? I didn’t have the key!!! Duh!!! Well Jamani (I think that’s the young man name) cane and after making a few keys, he finally got me a key that will work!!! I’m beyond happy! He was super nice and sweet not to mention professional! It was a hard a job 1997 Honda Civic!!! But HE DID IT!!!! Thanks, I wish more of our you g generation was as hard working as he was !!!

My delivery driver lost the key to our business box truck. Ready Locksmith was able to come out within an hour on a Saturday. Price was lower than I thought it would be. And, the key worked great. Hopefully, we won't need to use a locksmith much. But, if we do, we are calling them.

my appointment was at 330pm, Jermel (the person who worked on my car) was on time and respectful. In less then five minutes and both remotes are done and it only cost me $65 vs $125 to get my keys programed at the dealer ship Note to the Company: You should put the put the techs names on the receipt so if any other costumer who has done through your company, they know the name of that person JUST in case they have an issue with that person or an issue with there vehicle =

If I could I'd do it again

Upon moving into our new home, I did research for locksmiths. They gave me a quote, then a new quote when I had to change details, and so on, but were very patient. On the day I called to schedule, they got someone out here the same day and he even managed to come by early to re-pin all my locks. The employee, Deshaun, really went above and beyond, not only dealing with keys without locks (for which they've got a slightly higher prices than rekeying locks where you have the keys), but also taking apart the one lock in order to re-pin it (as the previous owners had damaged the lock). He quiet, respectful and informative. They even do electronic receipts and take credit cards when doing the work at your site.

Great help on the phone in regards to an issue I had with a key. They walked me through things to check a chip issue when they could have tried to sell me on having a tech come to the house. In the end I was able to trouble shoot my problem with their help but will absolutely recommend these guys and use them in the future.

I live in Hanahan and I locked myself out of my car before I was going to work. I noticed that this was a new business so I tried them out. He came to me within 3min and got my going with my day. I ended up only being 10min late to work (which I'm always early). I would highly recommend them because the most crucial part of calling a locksmith is the timing getting them there and the speed of service because no body likes to get locked out.

This company is great!!!! After loosing my keys i called another companydue to reviews that states they were 24hrs; Well I got no answer after holding for 10 mins and listening to there awful music. So called Ready locksmith. My experience was good start to finish, From the dispatcher to the tech. He quoted me 30 mins and my tech was there in 20. On Thanksgiving I was visiting Charleston, SC to see my family. I lost the keys to my 2006 Nissan Maxima, I do realize its a holiday so I called around, you would not believe the outrageous prices I was quoted until I called Ready Locksmith. When the young man arrived he was very nice and respectful, I signed some papers not even a hour later he was done. Honestly I don't know what I would have done without this company, because I still had a long ride to Newport News, VA the next day and gas is not cheap.
