Life saver! We’re all locked down and afraid to do anything. I had to get groceries, so I’m at the grocery store and of course lose my keys. I called and the lady who answered was incredibly nice she connected me to Ryan, who came out and made a key for my 2019 Accord. He gave me one price before coming out and that is the price that I paid, I was even able to pay with my debit card. He made me an extra copy of a metal key to keep in my purse in case of emergencies. I would like to say thank you to Mr.Ryan for being so considerate and understanding. Your professionalism and courtesy have gone further than you would ever know! I would refer everyone and anyone who is in an emergency situation and needs a locksmith to call Pop a lock!

I had to wait for a little bit, but the price was good and the service outstanding! The guy had my door open in less than 5 minutes. I highly reccomend them! I would hazard that they are the cheapest in town. 45.00 flat rate! My wait was about 40 minutes or so before he got where I was at.

I have used them twice and have recommended to others. The service both times was so fast and once was a holiday less than 30 minutes to get there and open car ! Amazing service, friendliness. I locked my key in my trunk today and I realized too late that I had locked my car as well. The guy who answered the phone was very friendly and helpful! They sent someone over and he was very friendly as well and within 2 minutes I was set! I was very happy with the service!

He was very friendly he got to me at the correct time the dispatcher told me he was he was fast done in 5 min or less and it was only 50 bucks 49.00 or 45.00 not sure but some places charge you 100 dollars. i would recamende family and friends

*HIGHLY RECOMMEND * I had a great experience using Pop-A-Lock! I broke my key off in the lock of my car in the grocery store parking lot! I called several places , I needed someone quick! I called and was quoted $45 and was told that it would probably be about 30-45 minutes. Five minutes later I got a call from the locksmith that he would be there in only 20 which he was. He was very prompt, professional, and had the car opened in about 30 seconds.

I locked the keys in my trunk along with my groceries and was very frustrated at the situation. I first called the dealership from which I purchased my car. They told me they needed to see the car registration for my car. I explained it was INSIDE my car. Their response was for me to tow my car to them and they would see what they could do. I wanted to slam the phone down in their ear in pure frustration but due to today's technology all I could do is tap the red phone icon to hang up the phone. It did NOT have the same effect. I called my son which in turn called Pop a Lock. They came out very quickly which was a pleasant surprise and the man was a pleasure which was an added bonus. He quickly unlocked my car and I was on my way in a much better mood. It is nice to know there are companies that still take pride in their work and have employees that enjoy their job and bring honor to the company. I highly recommend this company and have already added them to my contacts should this happen to anyone I know.

This locally owned business provides 24hr unlock services. Locked my car/house keys in the car @ 2:45am so I called pop-a-lock. I was told no one was on duty & that i had to wait until 7am. I called at 7:39am & was told it would be a 30 - 45 min eta. I called them every 45 mins or so to be told "he right up the street" or "he coming" or "he shld be there in abt 15 mins" ... 3 hours & 6 calls later(after my son missed his appointment) I was told that the driver was fixing damage to a vehicle that a client caused by attempting to pop their own lock??? Why was it the drivers responsibility especially if other clients are waiting? I asked if they were willing to offer anything for the inconvenience, I was told to "take it up with the driver". When I finally spoke to Brandon(driver) who took $5 off the $45 fee. Well, later on in the afternoon, I received a call from the owner Ryan who expressed his deepest concerns about my experience. He took complete ownership of the issue & refunded my money. I've used this company before and always had a great experience. I feel good spending money at a business that still respects me after they already got my money.

Great experience! They operator was kind and sent out Brandon to open my door. He was here in 35 minutes (I called at 5pm in Columbia rush hour). Brandon was kind, normal and non-threatening! This company is great! They saved me! I was locked out of my car this morning at the airport and my flight was leaving within the hour. When I called the lady who answered was very polite and told me exactly how much the cost would be and said locksmith would be there in about 30 min. I was kinda skeptical. I had spoken with another company and they seemed shady, he couldn't give me a price, they said my car was difficult to open, and would tell me how much when they arrived. I don't think so!! Well anyways, Popalock locksmith called and said he was going to be at my car sooner, about 15 min. To my surprise & pleasure, he arrived on time & opened my car in less than 1 min. They charged price quoted (cheap I thought) processed my credit card right there and even emailed me a copy of the receipt! The locksmith was professional and knew what he was doing. This company is a life saver! I would recommend that anyone ever needing your car unlocked call Popalock! I saved the number in my phone and will definitely call if ever i need a locksmith again!

If I could’ve given David 10 stars I would’ve. Shopped other car dealerships and Car Remote Programmers supplied by Cars and Trucks, where I purchased OEM Remotes, and was quoted an astronomical price to program the 2. Cost was north of $450. Finally called Pop A Lock just taking a chance and let me tell ya, incredible!....and for a fraction of what the others wanted. Woo Hoo, got my remote start and lift gate opener back! Just thrilled! Forever Pop A Lock for me!

TL:DR: called a tow. They didn't show. Pop a lock did and saved me 5 bucks. I called a local tow truck company at 8 a.m., waited 2 hours for them to show. Before I called to check in with the tow I called these guys to get a tech to come out. Then called the tow to see if they were coming. They said "yeah they're on the way now." Called Pop a lock back to cancel. Waited another 45 minutes, no tow tech! Called the tow again to inquire about the tech. They were confused why he, the tech, hadn't come and tried calling him while I was on hold. The tech never answered! Cancelled the tow, called Pop a lock, they still had my info close by. The dispatch told me it'd be 45 minutes. The tech called and said it'd be 10 minutes. Sure enough, 10 minutes later tech pulls up. 5 minutes later I'm in my car and on my way AND they were $5 cheaper than the tow! Thanks Pop a lock!

My Ford Explorer a 2001 model has a dead battery and electric door locks. I could not get into the vehicle with out breaking a door window. I called Pop-A-Lock and spoke to a wonderfully nice woman and she sent someone over within an hour and ten minutes later he had my doors open. Then I could install the new battery I had sitting beside the vehicle. We are so glad and great ful for the people at Pop-A-Lock.
