Both times I used them, everything went smoothly. The first time, I needed a copy of a key because mine had broken. It took them less than an hour to fix it, and they did so immediately. When we met again, it was to deal with lockouts, which meant that the keys no longer functioned. Due to the need to examine the locks with actual keys, this task took far longer than expected. But they were pleasant and got done swiftly!
