Bought a truck tool box through marketplace without keys. The locksmith took a look at it without even leaving the building. He knew exactly what he needed, took lock apart, explained everything be was doing and within maybe 6 minutes he had keys made and re-installed lock. Every employee there was friendly, seemed happy, and all were true professionals. I would highly recommend this business to anyone in need of lock services.

Lockouts with your car or truck suck, especially when your vehicle is running on a cold winter day and you have only one key, David at The Lock Shop not only helped get me a new remote key fob but also advised me of a cost effective option of a key that would unlock my car manually and start it, he programmed the keys, tested them, lubed the manual lock cylinder and provided the service quickly so I could get to work on time, the keys were not cheap but the peace of mind and added keys make lockout potential less stressful or likely, highly recommended for service, speed of service, staff knowledge and key availability including programming. Ask for David...you can't go wrong.

Buying 307 first (local), The lock shop staff know locks really well I had a lock in a drawer I wanted to install without keys. They made keys for it. Ive had them make good quality spare keys for home and car over the years. They are my go to shop for any lock related questions. They have or used to have a 24 hour service as well.

I lost my car keys and the dealership wanted an outrageous amount of money to get a new key, and to program and chip it also, the dealership wanted me to get a tow truck for my car to the dealership because in order to have my key programed- my car had to be present ( it makes sense). I called the lock shop, they came to my house, made me a new key, chipped it, and then made a spare key just for door entry. Saved me so much money, and time and hassle.

Awesome shop with old school values. Fixed an ignition problem with my Honda in a matter of hours and charged about 20% of what the big car shop I first took it to wanted to charge me. I would recommend anyone to call these guys. Seriously impressed. Thank you!!

Exemplary service and attitude no matter how far or what the job is they do it not only professionally but with honest happiness. Someone who loves his job is what comes to mind when I think of Andy, and someone who is beyond competent. He knows his trade well and I would say is a master locksmith. Don't hesitate to call them if you have a job you need done. If they are unable for whatever reason he usually has someone to recommend that can and the recommendation is of the top notch quality. (Only Job he has turned down was an item under warranty. Although able to do the work his integrity and keeping your warranty valid is too important to risk instead he recommended a certified company on the list of approved vendors getting it done just as fast as he would of..) I rarely give 5 stars as few companies can offer the complete and total package of knowledge, price, speed, customer service, and reliability. This company so far has been the exception. And they throw in the most important trait for free.... Integrity! Hope you give them a shot. I was happy I did and will continue using this company well into the future.

I have been here multiple times for multiple things. Every time they've been friendly knowledgeable and efficient. One time I had to have them fix keys that ford cut wrong and tried to get me to pay for a new ignition switch. So in seconds fixed what ford used to rip me off and programed in just a few minutes.

Hands down the best lock shop around! Had keys made for a car, didn't fit. Owner came out at 730 at night to try and file a key for me. Next day they had multiple working copies. Cheaper than anybody in town, way more helpful and actually care about their customers.

I always get excellent service here. Made the mistake of going to a big box home-improvement store to get a bunch of keys cut, just because they're a shorter drive. None of the keys worked. (You get what you pay for...) So, I took them down to the guys at The Lock Shop to see if they could salvage them - and they managed to fix them all! The Lock Shop guys are extremely knowledgeable, and seem to have at least one of anything you could ever need in that shop.

These guys are great! I called The Lock Shop at 3:00 P.M. for some help with a back door that wouldn't latch, and a deadbolt that was misaligned. They said they could send out a locksmith within the hour. Andy showed up right on time. In under 20 minutes, he had my door fixed. The price was more than reasonable. I'll definitely call The Lock Shop again if I need locksmith work. 🙂

I called the Lock Shop after I received notification that my son might need medical assistance. The officer that responded to his 911 call knocked, and no one answered, and he was not allowed to force open the door (by policy) to check on my son's welfare. There was nothing I could do, as I live in California, so I called the Lock Shop, and Angie tried to get a locksmith over, but they were unavailable at the time. She called me a while later to check in to find out how things turned out, and if my son was okay (he was fine). That was sure going beyond the call of duty. Thank you, Angie, for caring. You were a bright spot on a rough morning.

During an out-of-state visit, we lost the only key to our Toyota Prius the day before our scheduled departure. The technician made an 80 mile roundtrip drive out to assess the vehicle, then made a 120 mile trip to acquire the special fob required for our vehicle. She made a service call and a special trip, reprogrammed the computer and fob, cut the key, and got us on the road the same day, for 1/3 the cost and time that the nearby dealership had estimated. I can't recommend the Lock Shop highly enough!

Have used The Lock shop for many years for home, rentals and business. It's the great " Old School" service of professionalism, caring about helping people with a smile and humor. Such a pleasure to work with. And by the way if your key fobs quit working after replacing the batteries and you cannot reprogram them on your own, this is the place. Happened with my Toyota key fobs and dealership wanted $225 for diagnostic check. David spent less than 10 minutes and I was on my way . Love these guys!!!!
