Overall a good experience; the 3 of the 4 keys I had made were fine. The 4th one (which was free) didn't work and when I compared it to the other three, it wasn't cut the same. Don't know why, but it wasn't. But the ones I paid for were good and I appreciate how fast it was to get the keys made and how inexpensive it was.

I was a little hesitant to use the kiosk but I am very happy I used their services. The keys themselves are fair quality at a fair price. Most of all if you have any questions or problems their customer service is second to NONE. I will be using them for all of my key cutting from now on. Its just too easy and too convenient. Im sold on KeyMe.

I liked the availability of the key machine and that it was sent to me. It would have been great if it were immediate but I understand not every key can be done right there. It was fast service via USPS and the key worked great! It is kind of expensive 'tho for a 1999 key.

They were ok, too expensive but went ahead when they offered a discount because the key was cute. Not impressed that they had to mail my key and I couldn't just get it right away. Less impressed that even though they have my key on file now since I don't have a kiosk where I live I can't just order online.

The kiosk said key would be mailed to me because key was not a common cut. Come to find out, it was because it was double sided. They were very good about talking with me through the process of the keys being sent and ensuring that I was totally satisfied. I would recommend to a friend to use this company.

The key produced by your key machine in Menards worked great. I made a copy of the same original key at Lowes the day before and it works but has to be wiggled to operate. You're my "go to" stop for keys now.
