Ben was easy to schedule, flexible, showed up promptly and did a great job, even with one troublesome lock that he thought he was going to have to break to get out. This is the second time we have used BA Locksmith. Once on my mothers home and now our home. Both times he was able to fit us into his schedule right away and both times he was in and out quickly and did a perfect job. How refreshing - a company who actually listens to their customers to understand what they need, and then delivers! I tried another locksmith company first. They came in to my home and from the beginning told me how awful my locks were and how somebody could break in easily, etc etc etc. They tried to upsell me at every turn. Ben delivers on all levels! I called about a month ago about my safe which I lost the key to. He came out to evaluate the lock. After trying several things he could not get it open because it was a very uncommon lock, but he helped me find the instructions to get a replacement key. About a month later, the safe company still had not responded to my request, so I gave Ben a call again. He was over in the same day and drilled my safe open in record time. We just purchased a new home in Eagle with nine separate door levers and deadbolts...all keyed alike. They were Schlage locks, but only Kwikset offers the smart key system. The replacement locks were well over $300 and of course it was quite a doqngrade to Kwikset. I called BA Locksmith and Security and he was able to come the same day and rekey all nine locks for half the price of replacement. He was on time, completed the work quickly, and provided four keys. Based on our discussions of locks and locksmithing, I would give him my highest recommendation and will call him if I ever need locksmith services again.
