My son couldn't get his key to unlock his car door on Tuesday night while @ friends house in Leeds. We called different locksmith from 10 pm until 3:30. They either couldn't do the job or didn't have workers. But as soon as I called this guy he immediately went and got my son's car unlocked and my son got home safely... THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!

Called The Locksmith Co at 8:15 am and they said they would be here in 45 min. They arrived on time got into my vehicle in 5 min. They were great, I highly recommend them.

I was house-sitting for my father in Shelby County and locked myself out at midnight on a Tuesday. Luckily I had been on the phone! I called The Locksmith Co and Josh answered on the 2nd ring. He was very polite and arrived in 20 minutes and I was in the house within 3! He saved my day and I didn't have to call my dad! Thanks Josh!

Very good service! He’s really sweet, quick and good at what he does! i was locked out of my car and i called others places but they were charging wayyy overpriced so i called Josh and not only did he pick up on the second ring but he was also here there as fast as lightning! truly amazing! i suggest him if you’re looking for good service and good prices! thanks josh!

Thank God this is a real place and not a call center! Josh answered the phone on the 1st ring on Sunday night and promptly came and let us bank into our house! He gave us a fair price for the job and was very kind and professional while answering our questions! Will definitely use again!!

Super friendly, great customer service. Called on a Sunday because my key snapped in my apartment lock. Was there within 30 minutes and back inside within the hour. Very personable. Hopefully I don’t need their services again but if I have an issue I know who I’ll call.

Great customer service and reasonably priced. Did not have to order the part like most locksmiths. Showed up as promised and fixed the lock quickly. Easy to talk to over the phone and in person I highly recommend this company to anyone looking to have their door lock repaired!

Josh was friendly, personable and highly proficient. For him rekeying multiple locks was a piece of cake! The job was completed much more quickly than we would have expected and at a very reasonable rate. If you need a locksmith he is the one to call.

Locked out of the house yesterday afternoon. This was my second call after another company tried to screw me over, but will always be my first call from now on. Arrived when he said he would, got the door open after struggling a bit with the lock (made me feel better about the lock, actually). It was obvious that he had been working all day and had got caught in the rain at least once, and my lock was frustrating, but he handled it all with humor and grace. Charge for service was $85--about half of what the first guy quoted me. Very happy. Highly recommended, Make this your first and only call.
