I was in an unfamiliar place and had locked my keys in the car! I had called another place three times and left a message (30 minutes apart) with no response. With my first call here, I initially had to leave a message but the call was returned in about 3 minutes. I had to wait about 45 minutes (the young man was already on another call and could not come right away) but he quoted me a fair and honest price on the call. I would definitely use this business again even though I hope there’s never a need to call them back.

4 stars only because it's impossible to contact them by phone. Finally reached someone at Fairfax TV (the locksmith's father's business). Once I was able to make contact , which took over a week, they did a great job for me.

I traveled from Sylacauga to Bessemer to have a key made and programmed for my truck, but nobody was there when I arrived. After calling the number on the business card, they came back and helped me get my key made with a very reasonable price. These guys are outstanding, and I would recommend them to anyone needing locksmith service done. Definitely worth the drive! Thank you guys!
