Went in to get a key made for my truck topper that I lost the keys to. He was able to look up what key I needed and cut it right away. I was in and out in about 15 minutes and the key works flawlessly! Great customer service and knowledge!! Definitely recommend!!

These guys were recommended to me by a friend and I was not disappointed 😊 I went in to get duplicates of my motorcycle keys and they even used my blanks (I did buy one of their blanks also). The keys worked flawlessly so I went back and had them cut some fancy blanks for my bike a week later and they both worked flawlessly. Highly recommend these guys if you have keys needing cut that are out of the ordinary (most big box stores and the like don't even do motorcycle keys). These guys were fast and great people. What a pleasure to do business with a local business.

I have an old safe that the batteries went dead in and I no longer had the keys. These guys were fantastic I took the safe in and they actually got it open while I was still standing at the counter and the price was a lot cheaper than I expected. I highly recommend West End Lock!!!

I was driving and calling all over Billings to find a locksmith just to make me 2 copies of my VW van key. Everybody seems to be by appointment only or they will come to you in an emergency. I’m sure these guys will too but they have a physical location where you can walk into, have keys made bringing your own blanks and pay a very reasonable price. Also the lady running the place was super friendly and helpful. Couldn’t ask for a better experience. Thank you!
