After explaining that I couldn't open my exterior garage door since the wind forcefully slammed it shut, Ryan was able to come to my rescue! He arrived in his company truck right on time and repaired my door latch without any inconvenience on my part. It took him less than 30 minutes to get my door open, replace ONLY the broken part and even "keyed" the lock to match my key! I happily paid his very reasonable fee with my debit card. Without a doubt, not only will I refer others but I will definitely call Rimrock Lock and Security whenever I need their very professional services.

Ignition in my 2002 Tacoma went out. Ryan was at my house within 40 min and had the problems determined within 20 minutes. He took the time to explain what the problem was and told me that not only can he fix the known issue with that specific ignition, he could also prevent the problem from happening again. He ordered my part and had it in by the end of the week and had it installed the day he got it! Very professional, very knowledgeable, and the price was very reasonable for the work done. Was given a clear price explanation before they even showed up. Called at 8 am and the job was done by 11. I needed a new lock cylinder for my ignition as the key was stuck in it. Not an easy task but they were awesome! Don't go with anyone else in town!

Best locksmith services in Montana! I was in a really difficult situation when I lost my Range Rover key fobs. My car was locked and after calling the service department, their only recommendation was to tow my car to the closest dealership. Rimrock Lock was able to unlock my car and then program a new key fob for me. Their services are 100% recommended!

Ryan is the man! I lost my keys to an older vehicle and called another locksmith in Billings. After getting shuffled around by them I called Rimrock Lock and Ryan answered quickly. Quick service, friendly, knowledgeable, and his prices are fantastic.... Ford $160.00 Rimrock Lock $95.00 and that was with two key fobs. Highly, highly recommend.

Lost my keys and after being told by dodge that I would have to have the vehicle towed to the dealership and it would cost 400 for a new key, I called Ryan and he got there in a very timely manner and got right to work, his prices were way better than anywhere else i had talked to, it was cold and he was very efficient, I recommend Ryan over anyone else to get keys done, awesome job.
