Chuck was a life saver! Locked my keys in the truck, he tried to help me find someone who could get there sooner, but it didn't work out. After a short wait he was there and unlocked my truck almost immediately! Professional, Prompt and Excellent customer service, he even cut me an extra key on the spot to help ensure it wouldn't happen again! Highly recommend!!

Chuck was such a life saver when we locked ourselves out of our home! He showed up quickly, was very efficient and friendly, and he even made us new keys! He was also very affordable! We were so worried we were not going to find someone to help us, as it was almost 8 in the evening, but we are so glad we found Holmlund Mobile Lock & Key! Highly recommend!

While I did not actually have services from Homlund due to their little one being down for a nap, Chuck was very friendly and offered to give me the information to someone he trusts very much. I ended up going with his suggestion, which was Billings Unlocked. Thank you Chuck for being a great family man (family is important too!) and offering me a way to solve my problem!

Holmlund Lock & Key unlocked my car door for a very stressful lock out that involved a toddler. He came within 10 minutes of my call and unlocked my car door within seconds. I was up skiing at Red Lodge the day after Christmas and lost my keys while skiing. I called around and was recommended to Holmlund Lock and Key. I gave them a ring and got a quick response from Chuck who was more than willing to drive from Billings to Red Lodge to make me a key so I could get home, for far less than the Dodge Dealership (who would have required my truck be towed to Billings first.) These guys have really fair pricing and amazing customer service, I could not recommend them enough.

I rarely give 5 stars because I feel that there is always room for improvement but the guys who came out to help us were great. We had a family member pass and had been unable to find the car key after a couple weeks. So I started calling around to do my due diligence. I contacted a few other locksmiths but none were more helpful than Holmund. We had arranged to get the key made on the previous day but didn't have the funding so we waited. While waiting Holmund followed up with us and came out not long after contacting us. There were a few glitches but the owner stayed to make sure it was taken care of and provided some other information we weren't aware of. I would definitely recommend them, they were both friendly and professional and had no problem with answering lots of questons.
