Highly recommend this company! Called and was lucky to get same day service even though most companies were observing a holiday and not answering! Very timely service, professional, very helpful and honest. Recommended things I can do to save money and do on my own instead of just adding on charges which I really appreciate! Have already suggested a friend use their services as well! I was shocked at how adorable their service was as well! You will not regret using them for any of your locksmith needs!

So, this morning I had the embarrassment of locking my keys in my pickup right in front of the gas pump. Called Billings Unlocked, they answered the phone right away, were there in less than 15 minutes, had my door unlocked and on my way in less than 10 minutes for the total transaction. Billings Unlocked 🔓 has gone above and beyond any unlocking business I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. I have thus far had them come to my saving grace 3 total times. 2 of which involving locking my keys in my own room in my house 🙄 and got me into my vehicle. But this last time he went above and beyond. When he came to unlock my vehicle, he confirmed what I feared which was that the dealership made the wrong key. He took my spare key and extra time to see what we could do to make something work cause he knew my situation. The next day he came to my home, was able to make me a key in which worked for my vehicle, and the help didn't stop there he took a little extra time when my vehicle wouldn't turn right over cause it had been sitting a while and he gave me a jump. Absolutely will not use anyone else. Lastly, when he comes to help me my little also loves to help him, and he is super patient with him and let's him just watch. I have no words for the appreciation I have.
