Super nice and friendly. I locked myself out of my apartment and they arrived in 15 mins. Was a tricky situation because I locked myself out 6 months previous (very painful yes) and the lock was jammed and already messed up. Would definitely recommend to anyone who needs fast and reliable service. Would call again! Hopefully I don't have too.

Soooo I threw the keys into my safe thinking it wouldn’t lock on it’s own...and surprise surprise it did. I know, amateur move. I messaged a different locksmith company and also allowed yelp to mass send my message to other locksmiths as well. 4 other locksmiths messaged me back saying they couldn’t help me with my safe..to be honest I was feeling a bit defeated. Thankfully Johnathan messaged me, we set up a day and time. I met Johnathan in the lobby..I could tell he knew his stuff, he was lugging a whole bunch of tools..great sign! Immediately he started working on my safe, I offered him water set it down, I sat down and he was done...literally. It took more time for us to walk to my apartment than it did for him to open my safe!! It was like magic? Definitely recommend him! He also mentioned he and his brother do other things as well, electrical, etc....I know who to call! Thanks Johnathan

Last weekend my front door lock stopped functioning. It simply wouldn’t open or close. I called Master Locksmith, it was after 9 pm on a Sunday. They sent someone over within half an hour, he looked at the type of lock I had and told me it’s a special order lock that he will try his best to get it the following day. I asked how would I lock my door since it wasn’t functioning. He calmed me down and told me not to worry and did something from inside the box that locked the door. The next day, Monday he came at 10 am and replaced the entire lock including the casing. He had gone to several of his suppliers in order to find the same lock system I have. I was very grateful for his efforts and the service.

I called around to check how much it would cost to change the locks at our new office location in Down-Town LA as my boss asked me to do and he's a special character needed to know eveything before hand to make sure we're getting good quality locks and for a good price of course. So I find myslef calling around all kind of places after speaking to several companies around we decided to hire the guys at master locksmith for all the right reasons . First off the guy who answered the phone I can't quite remember his name was really helpful as far as giving me answers to my questions and believe me the list was long We set up an appointment for the next day than Jonathan came by on time equipped with everything we need and got the job done in a timely manner and then to my surprise he even took care of all the mess that was left by the doors I consider that a good customer service and my boss is happy with me now so that's a plus Thanks guys.
