I lost my only transponder key for my 2005 Mercury. Colllin came out that same day. Because I had the entry keys that opened the exterior lock and the ignition (to turn on radio, but not start car) I was charged significantly less than I had expected. Collin was extremely professional, very nice, and competent in his work, which he finished quickly. Would definitely use their services again and would highly recommend them.

In a hurry to run in the grocery store, I locked my key fob inside my running truck along with my dog. I attempted to use by keypad to unlock it, but it wouldn’t work and caused my truck to shut off. In a panic, I called several locksmiths but Pop-A-Lock was the only one that seemed to understand my urgency to get inside my truck with my dog locked inside in the middle of July. When Chris P arrived he could tell I was upset and went straight to work to unlock the truck. He was absolutely amazing and I can never thank him enough. And by A1, I mean the punctuality was great they were on time, they corrected the problem that I had the night before on my call. They were very professional and super relatable, came out did the job and they actually took great care because of the inconvenience!!! So for that reason alone I'm giving it three when I really should have given it at least one or two. **UPDATE::** Just made it home and received the call from one of the owners from the Pop-A-Lock establishment. I'm going to update this post because I am really appreciative that he reached out to me after I had the bad experience with what i now believe was an automatic voice representative. I still plan on doing business with them based off of that call and voicemail that I received. I really really appreciated it. He was really considerate of my feelings as well as the business that I was trying to do with them, I LOVE GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE and I definitely felt that with this company!! I forgot to change the battery in my keyless FOB, oh what a way to start my Monday. I contacted at least 4 different lock smith companies in the area, and to no avail most of them couldn't assist because I was on Base (Ft Gordon) luckily PopALock answered and they have a reasonable price with a realistic ETA. The 1st company quoted me 50 bucks more than Pollock, and it was a longer wait. In the end it was worth it, the technician was friendly and professional to include the payment process was easy-to-use. Hopefully I won't need a lock smith anytime soon. If so I'll call them again.

So for starters... My original key was a Ford Focus, that was Mykey locked. I wasn't able to turn up the volume on my car, my car alarm would go off if I opened any door but my driver door and started the car. The dealership I bought it from left a lot of things out and hid things from me, that Brandon was able to help me with. Not only did Brandon cut me a new key, he was able to wipe the mykey settings off the last one, able to program a fob so I could actually open other doors, reset my keys settings so I didn't have any issues with future keys, AND fixed my volume control that was locked out from my old key. All in under 20 fricken minutes. If I could give them a 10/5 I would. I was so happy with my experience I will always be going back if I need it, and getting the wife's keys done soon!
