Very good and professional locksmith at a great price. I called a ton of other locksmiths and towing companies and they all wanted nearly $200 and had wait times of 1.5-3 hours, but Urgent Locksmith came in less than 10 minutes and unlocked my car for only $75. Highly recommended.

THE BEST! After talking to 5 lock smiths — 2 of which came to my place & gave me a quote of $200-285 just to open the door with an extra charge for a new lock & for coming out — Urgent Lock Smith’s Andy came to the rescue! They have a $95 flat rate to get inside & (because my lock was un-pickable & had to be drilled into) they charged $55 for a new lock. Andy was awesome, professional, & so helpful! He reminded me to make sure to report this to my renters insurance so I could get my money back! He got inside my apartment in less than 5 min & had the lock on in 10 min. — I couldn’t believe the other lock smiths were trying to charge $300+ for a few minutes of work. Also, while I respect the hustle of anyone who works, those who came free lance didn’t have the company name written on anything — van, clothes, or even the invoice — & for a service like changing locks it’s reassuring that Urgent Lock Smith’s Andy came in a ULS vest, van, etc. Ultimately, today was a learning experience & I’m so thankful for this company !! & Andy!!

I was so impressed with the service that I had to leave a google review. My pet sitter locked herself out of my home. I was unamused and panicked. The locksmith came within ten minutes of me providing them with my information. It took all of two minutes to get the door unlocked. i/ would highly recommend this service. Today I needed the help of Urgent Locksmith Atlanta and I was greeted by an amazing employee. He made sure I stayed calmed from the moment I called. The employee arrived in less than 10 minutes to my location and solved the issue as fast as possible. Minding I was in the middle of downtown at GA State University. The employee was respectful, kind, communicative, polite, and overall really nice. I am not the type of person to leave reviews from places often, but this service truly stood out to me. This is definitely a good option when it comes to getting into this type of issues. In the middle of this stresful situatioon we made conversation and even though i don't quite remember his name. The employee mentioned to be from Turkey and North Africa; If you get to be serviced through him just know you are in for a good and easy-going experience. Thank you!

Efficient, honest, friendly, professional, knowledgeable, trustworthy… Alex was everything I wanted and needed. From the realization of being locked out, to the time we got back into our apartment was about 39 minutes. i foolishly called another company, with an ETA of over an hour. I called Urgent Locksmith next, and within 4 minutes Alex , promptly called me and said 20 minutes, so I set a timer. He texted me “ok, here” just before my timer was up. Amazing. I was locked out of my Office on the Atlantic station . This company is local of Atlanta area And they were able to get me back into my office within 30 minutes. They were very professional. They except all forms of payment including credit card checks and cash. He also offered to come out and replace the handle and rekeying the locks if I need it. They do as well car keys replacement and remotes for most of the car keys. He worn the mask all the time friendly knowledgeable I do Highly recommended urgent locksmith for friends and family I don’t mind use them again if I need it

“Urgent” Locksmith is aptly named!! I realized I locked my keys in the car not long before I had to be at work, after I called he showed up within 30 minutes and gave me a very fair price as well as a free key to unlock my car in the future should it happen again. Anyone else would’ve taken advantage of the fact that you needed the service so urgently and charged double. He had a very good vibe and you can tell he was a very honest guy and wouldn’t try to rip you off. He was super nice and amicable the whole time as well. I saved his number incase I ever needed his services again because I won’t bother calling anyone else!!! Thanks again :)

He is an expert and just so happen to be walking by and saw another locksmith from another company trying to assist me and he inform them that they would not be able to unlock my door with the tools that the guy was using. The guy was unable to open my door and just ironically if Urgent locksmith was not present to assist me, I would have not been able to get into my apartment. These guys were a lifesaver! My daughter and I dropped our U-Haul jet down the elevator shaft at out storage unit shortly before they closed and locked the gate. It was freezing outside, the cabin of the U-Haul was locked with my purse inside and I didn’t have a jacket on. They answered right away and were there within 10 minutes. They were kind enough to let me sit in their warm truck while they worked even! We couldn’t get the key made that night because the storage place had locked the gates and they needed to bring their truck inside to finish but they gave us a ride back home and met us there promptly in the morning to finish making the key and on top of all that their prices were very reasonable. I highly recommend them and will always call these guys for my lockout needs!

I locked my keys in my car during the night time. I hesitated to call because lock smiths are usually huge rip off. When I called Urgent Locksmith the call was promptly answered. I told the guy on the phone my situation, and he told me he would be able to arrive in 15 minutes. When (Alex/or Alen... I am not very good with names) arrived he was extremely pleasant. He unblocked my car, made me a copy, and informed my that I have to go to a dealership to reset my computer (an answer I had been seeking for almost a year now). All in a steadfast timeframe. In and out in 30 minutes for at least a third of what I thought the price was going to be (like I said.... locksmiths are usually a rip-off) THIS COMPANY IS GREAT! My experience was more than I could have ever asked for.

After a Friday nite out listening to jazz, we returned home at 2ish in the AM to find that we left our keys & door garage genie in house and we could not get in. We tried everything but, no luck so, we called ‘ Urgent Locksmith ‘ only to be told it may take a while cause he had 2 jobs before me. Called another locksmith but, no answer at all at 2am so, my son told us that we could come over to sleep at his place for the night. Talking about mode. ( URGHHHH oh well off we went to go spend a nite a my son’s new condo he just purchased.) Next morning, I woke up to a text that Alex w/Urgent Locksmith had texted at 7:30am to ask if I still needed assist & he was available if we still needed his assistance. I ended up reaching back out after concluding that I wasn’t going to be able to get in my home w/out hun. So he said he would be over in 35mins. (He might if pulled up in less then 30mins & boy oh boy...talking about me being excited, you would of thought I was a little kid & he was like a ice cream truck that just pulled up! ) At any rate....he got out truck w/face mask introduced himself & his brother Soufian (which I feel in love with this North African name I was told) and they went right to work. It took no time for them to tackle getting me into my home. I was nervous...but, they was very very very pleasant so, I just let them do what they do best! And wallah...about 20mins later they had my door opened. Alex was so professional that he schooled me by telling me that he could lessen my keys on my key ring by duplicating a key...that will fit 3 different locks! Being shocked, I had never heard of this before so, I was curious & thought I had to see this done cause this would allow me to get rid of a few keys on my key-ring ss he mentioned...”tiu have alot of keys”. Lol I then gave him the keys from those particular locks & took him about 15-20more mins and wallah again...he brought the key in and walked me through each lock to assure they all fit there locks. I was so impressed that I have him saved in my phonebook in case I ever need his assistance again! He will be the 1st person I call. I also referred him to my son to rekey his locks. Note: If you are looking for timely, knowledgeable professionals that will not rip you off then Alex & his brother are your guys for the job! I give them 5stars cause I thought I was going to be homeless! LOL

Urgent Locksmith was a perfect experience. We rented a townhouse and were given about 10 keys for 5 doors with a bunch of locks. There are a total of 4 security gates and the front door with an electronic+key deadbolt and doorknob lock. We now have 1 key. Hallelujah. We were very easily explained our options (which included a bit of luck with 2 locks having one key and all the keys being in the same keyhole style). Re-keying was a great fit and economical. Alex got to work quickly and was done in an hour. I'd highly reccomend Urgent Locksmith. I'm happy we supported a small business owner who is out there providing kind service with a smile.

I needed an entire lock change that day. And wanted a special lock for short term rentals in Fort Lauderdale. Didn’t know how to go about that. Hamdi was a life saver. He was there an hour after contacting him. And Hamdi had the perfect lock at hand for what I needed: Each short term renter can have a new access code which I can set on the lock that Hamdi installed from anywhere in the world over wifi.
