They made an appointment and were on time. The locksmith was very knowledgeable about my Nissan’s security and key fobs. He was professional, pleasent and worked quickly to reprogram the fobs and cut the new key. I was very impressed with how clean and organize his work van was. A clean work van is a good indication of a contractor’s work ethic in my opinion. I put their number in my phone’s contacts and will certainly recommend them to others. Overall it was a positive experience.

This was a great experience. I called about a quote, Danny called me 5 minutes later and was at my place within 5 minutes. He added a round knob lock to my patio door within about 2 minutes!!!! I highly recommend this company. I have a keypad lock on one of my bedrooms. The battery died and couldn't find the backup key. Called one company but they couldn't come out until next week. I did a quick Google search, was satisfied with the reviews so called Top ATL Locksmith. They quickly answered and Alex came out 2 hrs later. The price was reasonable and he was able to unlock with no damage to my frame. He even offered to see if he had the tool to remove the battery panel. He did and kindly replaced the batteries....no extra charge. I will certainly call them again if the need arises.

May or may not have been this place, so I will rate 3 instead of 1, but a 24/7 locksmith service tech named Lee (had an accent) charged $130 to take no more than twenty seconds to open a locked car door. It took him no more than ten minutes to get to my location, too. He said I should call my insurance because they should cover the cost which I learned was not the case and he probably knew it. If you're on the phone with someone who is said to ride in a blue van, hang up and call someone else. It's like he decided the price he felt like charging.
