Literally the only reason I am giving a 5-star is because of ETHAN otherwise it would be a ZERO! The ladies in the “call-center” & the rest of its staff are trash & completely unprofessional. Who tells you it’s your fault their losing money because THEY typed in the wrong address & how much you’ve inconvenienced them because you don’t want to look at their previous invoice statements from other customers to see how “honest & fair” they are?! (My original locksmith from this company who left me still without unlocking my front door because I refused to look at the carbon receipts from past transactions) Completely unprofessional & RUDE. IF you decide to contact them SPECIFICALLY ask for Ethan or Mike. Absolutely no one else. He is fair & cares about his customers & the quality of service he provides. Can’t wait to see this young man progress NOT along side this company.

The company is good. Yes they say $19 trip fee plus service fee starts at $25 (depending on the difficulty to unlock the vehicle). I committed to writing a review for Ethan however I must be truthful. My keys were on the seat and Ethan simply used pressure pad to crack door and pull them out. But he dropped the keys on the floor and my husband advised him to just press the unlock button - and done! Took 5 min and he quoted $70.. he said any lower and he wouldn't get paid. So really the $19 plus $25 has nothing to do with the vehicle🤔🤔

Edit: the owner of the company called me, returned my money, and apologized for the staff. That's going above and beyond. I will definitely use this service in the future. Called to have a smart key made for my car. Was told they had the key in stock, and agreed to the price of the parts and service. Locksmith showed up and didn't have the key for my car, so he could not make me one, but still asked for the service fee for coming out to do nothing. I called the office, and told the manager that no service was provided, and that I shouldn't have to pay the fee when I agreed to it under the circumstance that the locksmith had the part. She immediately became very aggressive and threatened to call the cops for "theft of services". I said go ahead, and she hung up on me. I ended up paying the locksmith cause he was a nice guy, and just a subcontractor that would have had to pay the fee out of pocket. Avoid like the plague.
