He was recommended to me highly when I locked my keys in my car at work (which I felt pretty bummed about because my spare key lives in Anchorage) Ryan at Shadow Mountain Locksmith answered my call, and basically showed up not even 5 minutes later. He had my door open with no scratches or damage at all, also in under 5 minutes. 10/10 super friendly and prompt!! Won’t ever call a cab for a jimmy again.

Ryan, the owner of Shadow Mountain was very courteous, accommodating, and professional. Because my lock was easy to get into, he very graciously gave me a good first time discount. He was very nice and easy to talk to. I highly recommend him, I could tell he and his business is one of integrity. His hours are 24/7, with no after hours additional charges... I will always call Shadow Mountain from now on .....I was truly impressed....thank you! 😊

I first heard about Shadow Mountain from my husband’s work, after they did some business with them. So when I locked my keys in my car this morning I didn’t have to panic because I immediately knew who I would call. Ryan was at my house and had my car unlocked in under an hour. The price was so reasonable as well. I’ve recommended them before based on their reputation, and this just added on top!

I locked my keys out of my car tonight. I tried calling about ten sources and no one answered. Finally I called this company. (Shadow mountain) answered immediately and the man that answered was very professional. He had no issue getting to me and fast as he could. It only took 10 minutes for the gentleman to show up. Once he got there he very fast and Proficient. If you ever have issues getting into your vehicle I would highly recommend this company as there are truly helpful and kind! I was referred to Shadow Mountain Locksmith services by Kendall Ford after they were not able to re-key my car. Ryan returned my call immediately and told me he would have it completed by the end of the day. He did not disappoint. I was not home so I sent him to my house to test the the key. When I arrived at my house the keys were there waiting. I am so thankful Ryan was able to finally make these keys after they have been lost for 2 months. I will refer Shadow Mountain Locksmith to everyone.

Called after I locked my keys out of my car this morning before work. Ryan was there within 20 minutes and had me on my way in no time. Very kind and pleasant, and I was genuinely surprised by how inexpensive it was. I was even able to pay after the fact on my phone. If I could give 10 stars I would. You couldn't possibly find a locksmith with higher integrity, going above and beyond, and overall customer satisfaction than this one! I was in a real predicament today and I am overwhelmed by the customer service and quality of work I received. In today's world where no one wants to give more than expected these guys blew me away with everything from first contact to the final invoice. Shadow Mountain Locksmith is by far the best locksmith I ever dealt with. I've locked my keys in my car way too many times! And I did just that again last night around 10pm. I tried popping the lock myself, with no luck. Called a Taxi company, told hour plus wait time. Searched vehicle locksmith Palmer, and SML was the first one I seen that said 24/7, call or text. So I texted the number, with a quick response back saying ETA 8 min. Fairly certain that he got to me in 7!! He had my door popped open so quick! I never knew it could be done that fast! Within not even 10 minutes, from the time I sent my text and I had my keys in hand! Ryan had such a positive attitude, so helpful, nice, and didn’t make me feel awkward and stupid for locking my keys in my car. Shadow Mountain Locksmith is freaking awesome and will get the job done quick and right! As long as I live here, I won’t use anyone else. I will definitely be recommending this company first to any and all persons in need of help with a locksmith, no matter their situation. Cranked my car and went to brush off the snow and i forgot i had accidentally hit the lock button on the key fob. Without thinking i shut my drivers side door to allow the car to warm up and went to grab my brush for snow out the backseat when i realized my door was locked (all of them). It was the first real snow storm of the year and so no other locksmiths answered the phone, no taxi cab companies were running, and the police said they couldn’t help me. My coworker tried Shadow Mountain phone number and they picked up and said they could be here soon to open up the car for me. Ryan was in my car in no time and being in a dark parking lot late at night with a strange male i was concerned for my safety of course and he made me feel very comfortable and didn’t feel uneasy at all. He was a huge lifesaver for me and highly recommend them for any situation that may arise. If i should have this happen again i will be using them again!

Excellent service and follow through!! I used them to program a key for my car. The dealer was going to charge me double and I would have had to drive into ANC and waste a day waiting around. Instead I called Ryan who came to my house, programmed the key I ordered from Amazon and then he came back the next day after cutting the keys. He was on time, as promised and saved me hundreds!

Ryan was amazing probably the best experience I’ve had with a locksmith.
