Oh my goodness they are life savers. I accidentally smashed my bf car key and I was in such a panic. Also the price was surprisingly cheap, only $4.50 to get a new car key and it took less the 5 minutes for a replacement also the service was great very kind and trusting. I recommend going there anytime to get keys or locks replaced. I would go there again for my keys, locks and other stuff they do.

The hours are wrong here, the store is open until 6 but they provide emergency service 24/7. I stopped by and saw their Open sign was on, but the doors were locked, so I have them a call. The guy who answered clarified they were open until 6, but said he was in the area and was nice enough to stop by make copies of my key! Definitely coming back to this place next time I need any sort of key or lock assistance.

The staff was very professional and helpful with a simple vehicle key cut. We were out of the shop within 5 mins. They gave me the lowest prices I could find in all of Anchorage.I’m impressed and I’ll definitely be going back for all my key and lock needs.

I'm a property manager so I often need the services of a locksmith. I've used Northstar Locksmith both professionally and personally. They are responsive, personable, and do good work. There are occasional hiccups (when you are in high demand and do as much work as they do its bound to happen) but they have always been good to bounce back and make things right.
