Five Stars is simply not enough for the ABSOLUTELY amazing service from Karen Newell with Key Commercial Capital. We originally pursued an SBA loan through PNC Bank for a franchise start up who showed no interest whatsoever in working together and even acted adversely to the process. Our project and Grand Opening remained on schedule for one reason and one reason alone, Karen Newell. She cared about us, listened, worked tirelessly along side us, presented problems with actionable solutions honestly and professionally. She was our sheppard through the quagmire of the SBA loan process. It was only TWO MONTHS from the time I picked up the phone to close. We are operating and flourishing. I have her alone to thank. I do not believe 5 stars are enough to give to Karen. We are venturing into our first franchise with no prior knowledge of how to get an sba loan. Karen has always taken the time despite the time difference from Florida to Utah to answer any questions that might arise even on the weekends. She ensures that we always cross our T's and dot our I's on all forms even when they are not forms that directly deal with her. When the banks were slow to answer us, Karen took the time to contact whoever she needed to to keep the ball rolling down the field. This is the first if many stores we hope to open, and we plan on keeping Karen on our team.

My husband and I have had an amazing experience with Key Commercial Capital helping us through the application process for an SBA loan for business project construction financing. We specifically were referred to Karen Newell and she is absolutely exceptional!!!! There is so much involved in the process, including alot of language and terms that Karen was able to easily breakdown and explain everything while at the same time moving quickly through the process with us. I cannot say enough about Karen and Key Commercial Capital. We originally connected with Karen in February 2021 and did not use KCC which was a significant mistake on our part costing us in time and money. Well, I reached back out to Karen in January 2022 about 11 months from our original contact and let her know our situation. We originally started the SBA process with a bank called Lending Club who promised us a quick and effective process and failed to deliver on everything, ultimately requiring us to find new financing. Karen was a blessing from the second I got on the phone with her I could tell that we were in good hands. She helped us navigate the waters and within 7 days we had a term sheet proposal from another bank and a commitment shortly after. We then closed on our SBA loan in March of 2022. I can not tell you how grateful I am not only for Karen’s expertise in the process and attention to our timeline but for the endless support and direction she gave us in easing the anxiety and stress associated with financing a business. Having a friend in this process who was knowledgeable and sincere was just icing on the cake. Without Karen we would not be able to start our dream of business ownership. KCC has gained a customer for life with the experience we had with Karen and look forward to working with her again in the future.

Karen is an amazing lady and a wonder person to work with. We first called her in February 2022. We got Karen's number form a friend of ours that used her for a loan. We had already started the process with PNC Bank to try and get a SBA loan. It was our first time ever trying to get a SBA loan for a business. Since we had already started with PNC we thought we would continue with them and see where it would go. After 3 -4 week of them saying we are working on it, we are working on it. It ended up being denied for silly reasons. We then reached back out to Karen to get the job done. We got back in touch with her end of April 2022. She reviewed our package and suggested some changes that needed to be made. After all the work and help she put into the package and talking with us she submitted to one of her banks that she has a relationship with. It took about a week for the bank to get the package and look over it. We got denied by that bank, but Karen reassured us it was not the package or our fault. She had another investor lined up that week to look at out package. This new bank said it was a no brainer. 10 days later we had full approval with more money than the first bank wanted to lend. Overall Karen is a rockstar and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend her.
