I had an excellent experience with associates home loans , Ian , and frank and Greg , Make every transaction very smooth . I am a real Estate developer and builder , I had over 18 loans With Ian and had all my loans closed with Greg at Acura title. I can’t begin to tell you How the service was so outstanding. Ian and Greg are so very experienced, both make my deals go so smoothly from property acquisition to funding in record time. I couldn’t ask for more reputable people to work with . I would strongly recommend you to use this company . They are very well experienced, very punctual and very ethical . One of the best hard money lenders in Florida .

Outstanding professionalism, excellent customer service and trustworthy. Ian Loring and his team closed my loan on an investment property faster than I thought possible. Ian educated me throughout the process and found the best deal for my situation. I wouldn’t do business with anyone else and I plan on doing business with him again very soon! Because of his diligence and being on top of the process my customer was able to close before the stated closing. He was always professional and courteous. My name is Joshua Robin's, I am a new client of Associates Home Loan of Florida and I was looking at the reviews that a person named Eliza Salmeron has made. I can tell whoever is reading these reviews that Eliza Salmeron is wrong and what she put on here is the most inaccurate review I have ever seen. Loren Morgan is working on my loan and she has been the most professional and kind loan person I have ever dealt with. You can not get any better then Loren Morgan, she is one that does what's necessary to get you the loan you need. Loren Morgan goes above and beyond and her customer service level is something you do not see anymore, anywhere , she is kind, she answers all of my annoying questions and has not one time been rude. She says to me, (no problem ask as many questions as you want, it's better to ask questions then to have any confusion about the loan.) Hell I was getting on my nerves with all my questions..lol...I can tell you this, I will not go anywhere else for a home loan if I ever need one again. I'm calling Loren Morgan. And I am a customer that hasn't even been approved yet so I am not just saying these things because things went my way. And I definitely never write reviews, but when I saw what was being said, I had to say something because what was said is very inaccurate. Just throwing it out there......

Eliza Salmeron, an insurance agent I was unfortunately required to work with, has left an untrue review below regarding our interaction. I am unable to get Google to remove it. If you take a quick look at her review history, you can see that it speaks for itself. She apparently has difficulty working with practically anyone and one of her few pleasant reviews was one she left on her own company. Eliza, once again, our company does not use loan numbers to identify files. We use the clients' names. I told you repeatedly we don't use loan numbers as we go through private lenders, not banks. You proceeded to get a nasty attitude and tell me I don't know what I'm talking about and you know more about our company's procedures than we do. You also have lied to the customer and told her that you've done what we asked of you in order to complete the loan for her. You still have not. So I'm not sure why you said that to her. You are a very angry and dishonest individual, and the review you've left here shows your true character. Very unfortunate. It should be noted that this woman appears to have some ownership of the insurance agency and only became irrate and left a mean and untrue review when she learned the customer may have to switch insurance companies in order to complete her loan, as Eliza was unwilling to add a mortgage clause to her policy despite me offering her copies of the Note and Mortgage for verification. It is amazing how some people behave when faced with the possibility of losing a paying customer.

Great company to work with. I was able to refinance my mortgage within 3 weeks. I was in a unique situation because I had bad credit, but I had a lot of equity in my house, so all of the traditional lending banks turned me down because of my bad credit. As long as you have equity in your house they can work with you and give you the cash you need regardless of your financial situation.

UPDATE*** After a lot of consideration I ended up handeling things through Frank Grimes. Closing was fast and easy and Frank is beyond pleasant and made sure I was completely comfortable and insured I was aware of every step taken and took steps further to help me repair my credit after everything was said and done. I now have a small mortgage a plan and a team of people willing to help me in my journey of fixing my credit. I appreciate Frank and his team who helped through the process. I’m giving four stars because the Issues stated below were resolved however my first impression of the company was not the best. Frank gets FIVE stars on doing his job. I can’t thank him enough. - Tiffany To be honest It makes me want to vomit when I HAVE TO give these people one star. Please let me save you all some time and a possible life changing mistake. I was contacted by PAT WILLIAMS after putting in an inquiry online. He seemed very straight - forward and the process explained to me almost sounded too good to be true (should have been my red flag). I told him I was interested in home equity loan and I was willing to give it a shot. My home is PAID OFF and worth every bit of 200,000 or better. I was asking for a loan of 40,000 (not even a quarter of my homes total value). Yes my credit isn’t the best and I’m not ashamed of that because I am rebuilding it and I work my butt off everyday to be able to do so. I was only taking out this loan to do further renovations to my home. My application was “approved” and a half ass truth in lending was sent through e-mail. It was hand written and very sloppy but I assumed you get what you get when dealing with a second chance kind of lender. My mother had survivorship on my property. She called Pat and made it clear she did not want to be FINANCIALLY responsible and stated how she would like to try and see things worked out. She simply asked if Pat would relay the message back to the investor. Pat was very rude with my mother and basically told her he would not work with her or speak with her about anything and she was to either take herself off of the home or be financially responsible and show up to closing to sign paperwork. After a day or so my mom signed a quit claim and we went and paid to have it notarized. I quickly sent my mother’s drivers license and quit claim to Pat and asked him to please update me as the process went along so I could plan with my employer accordingly. After 48 hours I e mailed again to follow up because I had not been contacted and was told that I was being accused of forging my mother’s signature and she would have to go to the title company and sign in front of them. With the growing frustration of the past two weeks going back and fourth I asked why I was being accused of this. Pat stated that my mother was rude to him (and that’s a joke) and said HE did not feel comfortable with the signature ( not the title company that he had stated originally). I asked where the title company was located and Pat got very hostile and said he was no longer comfortable with the LOAN. That’s my story. Now here are some factors to consider: I am a 25 year old young woman with a 200,000 PAID OFF Home. As soon as my mother got involved and someone who knows far more than I do started asking questions Pat grew very “uncomfortable” Well Pat I’m glad you felt “uncomfortable”. Had you not stated that I probably would have lost my home to a loan shark trying to take advantage of a young woman and when you were proven a crook and a liar you backed out of the deal. PLEASE BEWARE. I don’t care how desperate you are this place is a scam and I wouldn’t send my worst enemy to do business with these people. I hope this helps!

I personally do not write a review, but I was so happy with results from everyone in Associate Home Loan of Florida.
