I had a fantastic experience working with this lender. My Fairway agent, Andrew was very responsive and thorough. He made sure we understood the process before we began and every step of the way. He worked with our broker to do everything he could to make sure we got the house we wanted. He and his team were the perfect communicators making sure we were kept aware of all details through out. It was a fantastic experience especially for first time home buyers. In terms of rates, we got competitive rates so all in all, I highly recommend, Fairway is the full package: good rates and great/quick service!

I've contacted a few different lenders for purchasing my first home. By far, Andrew and his team (Richard) were the most helpful out of all of them. They helped walk me and my SO through all the questions we had and the process with lots of patience. Whenever we had questions, they were available and very responsive and made sure we understood. They were available day or night! His team provided excellent customer service! They were also able to close *very* rapidly. A week after our offer got accepted, we decided to see if we can close sooner, and Andrew was able to close in under 20 days still. I had a great experience working with Duncan, Richard and Kim. Always willing to answer my questions and clarify things. They provided me with pros and cons of each loan option, allowing me to pick the program that was the most appropriate. As an engineer, I love spreadsheets and numbers and they always shared the data with me, allowing me to play with different options. The main reason why I chose them was the fact that I was able to actually trust what they said. I tried other lenders and some of them would sometimes say one thing but once you actually looked at the details, contracts or asked them clarifying questions, you'd realize that they had not given you the entire or correct picture and they were pushing you toward something that wasn't really great even though it appeared to be. Duncan and his team, on the other hand, have always provided me with the info that I requested, even if sometimes that answer was not what I wanted to hear, but at least it was the correct answer. I'd much rather work with someone who I can trust and know precisely what I am getting than work with a lender who might give an interesting option that in the end turns out to be very bad. You should pick someone who's trying to truly help you and I think that was the case with Duncan, Richard and Kim
