I had an awesome experience refinancing with Standard Mortgage Company. Kasey Sartin was my loan officer. She played interference for potential problems and helped me with advice. I felt like I was dealing with my family, it was so comfortable. Kasey let me know where I would face difficulties in my refinance and where I had strengths toward getting my loan. My interest rate went down from 5.25 to 3.75. My mortgage went from 30 years to 15 years with the a lower mortgage note. Standard Mortgage knows how to pick personnel. With so much incompetence in the business world today, I'm glad I am dealing with a company that chooses competent, friendly employees.

I just completed a Refi mortgage with Standard Mortgage. I have been dealing with Standard for about 20 years. I would never deal with anyone else. When you call, a person answers the phone. When you email them, you receive a response almost immediately. Try that with Rocket mortgage. I have always found their interest rates to be better than average. Their efficiency is excellent. They do not pressure you. Rather, they always seemed to be working in my best interests. Understand, this is an unusual company with whom to do business. They work hard. They are honest. I completely trust them.

Standard Mortgage Corporation was already my loan servicer when I contacted them about refinancing. Kasey responded very quickly with answers to all of my questions. She was able to secure me an amazing refinancing rate. The whole process was painless and completed quickly. I even reached out to Kasey with a question after everything had been completed and she was still just as prompt and responsive as she was during the refi process. Excellent service.
