Using Brandon and Diane with Steadfast Mortgage was the easiest and most enjoyable part of our entire home-buying experience. The beginning per-approval process was much easier with Brandon and his team. He needed enough information to get us started and pre-approved and was able to get us a quote on a rate quickly. I really enjoy doing everything online, but the new loan applications and phone apps are still new and being developed and are not as user friendly as they will be I'm sure in the future. We were able to give enough information and Brandon was able to edit and update anything else needed. He was in constant contact with us. He was extremely quick to respond when needing new pre-approval letters for the 3 homes we made offers on. Diane was a joy to work with on all the other paper work leading up to close. She had such great communication, attention to detail, and a sense of humor as well. We can't thank you enough for your service!!!
