Dave and Gale Jamison have once again exceeded my expectations! Unbelievable in a time when you don't know who to trust. Not here. It's very simple. I've financed 3 homes with Dave and Gale and if I move again, or anyone in my household is in the market to purchase a home, it's going to be with them. I had an unusual and tricky situation this last time. I moved from MN to FL! I heard about Rainbow Mortgage from John Kreisel on Kfan. I called Dave and the first time he told me to hold off. After about a month or so went by, we reconvened and decided it was a smart choice to refinance my VA loan. My current rate was 3.75, Rainbow got me 2.75 then 2 days later Dave called back with even a lower rate 2.375!!! Everyone at Rainbow mortgage is fabulous to work with especially Gale. 11 days start to close, I was amazed!!! Give them a call and see if they can save you money.
