I had a very unique case of living abroad while purchasing my first home in Florida! After Zillow didn’t accept my address, I had to look for another lender. Luckily we were referred to Nick Tiejten. He was such a pleasure to work with, very supportive, honest and took care of us every step of the way! It was a very stressful process; however, his team was extremely informative and we felt very secure, trustful and confident during each transaction. Nick & Angela definitely worked extremely hard to help us close on time and they did everything to keep the process smooth sailing. I really enjoyed being able to call and know they’d pick up and answer my questions immediately, using their online platform with secure access and the weekly Tuesday updates. The only constructive criticism I would give is that sometimes they asked for several documentation on short notice and that the online portal doesn’t show which items you have already uploaded. I would recommend to provide a list of documentation which the buyer can prepare for in advance and have ready as the process moves along. Otherwise, I highly recommend to go through Leader1Financial and Nick’s team!!
