Matt O'KeefeI'm a pretty carefully organized (financially) person so I thought we'd breeze through the mortgage process, as we had in the past. Well, I'm thankful that we had Eric there to help us. He was able to do some unique setups when our appraisal came in *way* low, I wasn't super excited about paying mortgage insurance because of this and he was able to get an exemption and a new appraisal ordered that came back above the offer price (what a market -_-). All in, Eric was great to work with and did a great job on our loan. As an aside, I believe Eric was able to listen to my risk tolerance and gauge what was actually the best fit for my family in terms of what type of mortgage to settle us into and not try to tell the future.
