If you are looking for RV financing these are the people you should be talking to. Ben Green has been awesome, no question is ever not answered regardless of how many there or how stupid they can be and believe me we had lots. I have used My Financing USA twice now and Ben has been our loan officer throughout both and we couldn't be happier. If we ever need to swap out our Toyhauler again, Ben will be the first person I call. We bought our unit out of state and the title team were also on point and excellent in their work and communications. I wish we could have given more than 5 stars because they deserve it.

The demands placed on her with time restrictions were not her fault and I think the company needs to address that in the future.

Amazing company to work with, and Andrew went above and beyond! It was like the personal relationship you use to have with small town banks. Communication, whether by email, phone, or text was almost always directly answered by Andrew, or returned within the hour at the longest. I can't say enough great things about our experience, and can litterally not think of a single negative review. First off, our loan officer Cindee was fantastic. Just like you I went off reviews for My Financial and am glad I did. I loved having a personal loan officer to answer questions and go over the process with. Other online places never followed up with my quotes and therefore lost business. My Financial had competitive if not better rates than other places including our local credit union. I have to admit it was a little scary wiring the down payment from our bank to them but I assured myself by checking the BBB for complaints and there were none in regards to money transfers. I still can’t believe that our transaction for our trailer has been completed within 2 weeks. Great communication, overnight paperwork, and step-by-step instructions. Couldn’t be easier. We highly recommend My Financial and if you are lucky enough to work with Cindee you will enjoy the process.

The service provided by Maria was exemplary from the point of first contact to completion. Although I contacted several potential lenders in Jan for a custom ordered coach, Maria was t the only rep who kept checking back and following up. It took seven months for the coach to be built and Maria was there checking. Once the coach was completed, she provided a very competitive offer that the RV dealer couldn't come near. It was also below anything else I could find. Service was great and she let me know where things were at and kept me informed of the process as it continued. She was there to quickly answer any questions that I had. I'm very satisfied with the process which was about the simplest I've ever had. This is my fourth RV.

Financing was easy enough but I always had issues getting answers to my questions. Several voicemail and messages went unanswered for far too long by my loan officer. Eventually got the answers I needed but only after having to reach out to another loan officer to get the attention of mine. I'm good with waiting a few hours because I know I'm not the only customer. 1 to 2 days later is pushing it though.

Hit a link online for RV financing and next morning I had a reply asking me what length term I was interested in and to describe the TT.( make, model, year ) Pleasantly surprised 120-180 months were available. My loan advisor,Christian, walked me through a very simple closing process. I was offered a better rate than my bank with longer terms on a 3 year old Airstream. Closing document sent on Friday,check received the following Wednesday. Amazon sent me a break assist and it arrived the same day as my draft.So much for competition. I'm pretty happy and would highly recommend this company if your looking to finance an RV with low monthly payments and no early pay off penalties.

Brandon was a huge asset for us in this process and most definitely had our best interest. At one point we were trying to buy a trailer through a dealership who were playing games and trying to blame him. Which was not the case As he is so thorough he includes you on every message that goes out in email, We never felt out of the loop at any time. In fact his experience Picked up the fact I was trying to buy a consignment trailer which I didn’t know that was the case. as well as them trying to over charge me . Getting approval is relatively quick and easy process. However, thereafter it's not as clear cut. Customers need to be prepared with a scanner, email and text platforms to interact. It's done totally online with limited access to the Loan Officer. Mine, Cory, was good at returning emails so I didn't feel completely out of the loop. It does take about 2 weeks to complete so be patient.

All documents were to have original signatures and paper checks were mailed versus doing things electronically and wiring funds. The process at times was very frustrating due to it feeling like a waiting game. Had DocuSign been used or wiring of funds the process could have been cut down by days. All in all it seemed very old fashioned due to couriering documents and paper checks by Next Day Air UPS. I went to BASS PRO to trade in my 2010 tracker I bought from them new. After all was agreed to, Brent Lewellen at RVFINANCING requested the invoice to the new boat I was buying from them. Brent was told BASS does NOT send invoices!! I was told that is so, because BASS PRO wanted ALL the in house boat financing. So, I decided that BASS would not get anymore of my business. I went to another boat dealer and the salesman sent over the invoice to Brent. Within one day, Brent sent me an email saying I was approved. I had filed CH 13 BK in 2012, so I immediately thought the approval would be from "VINNY'S, I'LL BREAK YOUR KNEE CAPS IF YOU DON'T PAY MY VIG FINANCE CO." It was not. It was from a nationally known bank. One day after I sent the required docs to Brent, UPS had left the check on my door step. I cannot recall having such a positive experience from an online financer that I had never heard of before. I thought it was a sham, but this company, RVFINANCING Is great. If you send in what they need, you will get financed in no time flat. Thanks Brent!!!
