Really a great experience working with Jorge and Geneva. Very professional, excellent communication. I felt I could ask questions at any time and they were always answered quickly and in a way I could easily understand. Real estate transactions can be trying and stressful at times, so it's nice to have such a great team to keep the boat steady. Also, their app is great as you can track your progress and communicate with the team. Would highly recommend Jorge and the entire Geneva family!! Jorge was honest and took the time to call me and explain things before I signed any documents. I ran into an issue with my east coast bank for the closing costs. I was about to fly to New York to deal with my bank. Jorge spent a generous amount of his time researching alternate ways so I wouldn't have to fly back to NY, and he was successful. This is was my second time purchasing a home and quite a difference from my first experience when I dealt with a large bank for my loan. The first time around I almost gave up trying to purchase the home because of all the hurdles the loan underwriter put me through. This time around I was fortunate enough to meet Jorge and the process was seamless. He is very responsive, honest, and to the point. The loan process was much easier and thanks to him much less stressful. I would highly recommend his services and will definitely work with him again!
