Brian went above and beyond for us, and made our experience financing a home for the first time enjoyable. First, we tried to qualify for an FHA loan. Brian wrestled with getting all the info from my employer, reaching out to the VSHA with questions multiple times. Ultimately a conventional loan ended up being cheaper. Brian was attentive to the options and got us the best deal. He always answered his phone and email quickly- I sent him a question at 1am on a Saturday for him to address on Monday. By 2am I had a detailed response. When our PMI company unexpectedly increased their rates on closing day, Brian immediately investigated and got us back to the expected price within an hour. I compared a lot of lenders, and Fairway had the best APR. We'll definitely be reaching out to Brian when it's time to refinance, we highly recommend him!

Fairway has been a great company to work with, Mike and Shanna made buying my house a breeze. They kept us in the loop every step of the way, Mike was great and gave guidance on how to get are credit better and gave a realistic time line on when we might be pre approved. When we found our house, we needed to move fast due to Covid and it being a Sellers market. With mikes help where able to put a offer in the next business day. Shanna did are underwriting, She was very patient with me and all my questions, I worked directly with her because I did have a realtor or buyers agent. There was a lot of paperwork and we did almost all of are communicating via email so I got a little confused with some wording and she was right there to help out. I would use Fairway Mortgage and this team again.

Couldn't have asked for a better team. First-time home owner, 10/10 experience. Everything done promptly and with excellent customer service. Start to close was only a month while also done with great attention to detail. Highly recommend! Albeit, their website has some minor issues getting uploaded documents to transfer over, but they were able to secure them on a different portal. To me, it wasn't enough of an issue to warrant anything other than 5 stars :)
