It's personal for me. I like the couple who runs the place. They know I'm a long time customer. They recognized when I wasn't around for awhile. I've seen them clean the machines. Sweep the area. You can't tell when there busy, the floor look dirty. I've kindly asked if the could sweep. They do it! I've heard others complain. For me, I've seen washers/dryers out of order. Soon during my next visit it's repaired. Prices have gone up but so does everything else. I do wished they would clean the back driveway area. It looks filthy. But it doesn't stopped me from using there business.

The laundry is so large you never have to wait.The multitude of washers come in every size & work well. So do the huge dryers. Wash & fold service is good & cheap. Has several large TV's & the best massage chair! The floors need to be swept of dryer sheets & lint much more often. And the workers could try to act like they want to be there taking your money! And admit they understand English.

Been going here for years. I now live in harlem and still do my laundry here. It's a large place, yes sometimes the floor needs to be swept but that's not an issue for me. I've seen it clean, and frankly there always busy. Drop off service is great, just bring your own soap.

This is not a bad Laundromat but not the best. Sometimes the dryers do not dry your clothes properly.. Most often have to put more than 60 min to dry clothes.. slot to pust your card in to pay to dry clothes needs to be updated.. Most times it takes forever just to play with it for you to get just 8 minutes on the machine.. Real crazy.. Service is not great when owners are not there.. One time I found rice in a soap dispenser after I added money to it.. Asked for it to be cleaned so it is not washed in my clothes.. Lady barely cleaned it out.. Then told me it was good to use still.. I had to clean it out myself in order to use the machine.. It is always one thing or the other with this Laundromat.. Very Sub-Par..

Not too crowded early in the morning when they first open

Large laundromat, clean machines and place. Was and fold services. Have laundry detergent, fabric softener etc...if needed. Dollar general is right next door. Can't go wrong here.
