Nu Way Cleaners EXCEEDED my expectations. My guy (Ivan) kept his word and completely got a 6 month old pasta & oil stain out of 4 of my FAVORITE hoodies. Not only did they deliver results, he kept everything professional, stayed true to the timeline of completion, and provided truthful/proactive communication throughout. Nu Way definitely needs to keep Ivan around, he’s the goat! Overall, I’d give these guys a 1,000/10 stars for the work they did. I’m super f***** thankful I found this place lol, and they will be cleaning my Yeezys next.

Friendly, quality and fast service. They really came through for me in a pinch. Had 2 days until my son’s wedding. When I put my dress on there was a huge gap in fitting. My husband asked,while picking up his things, if there was anything they could do. They were closing in 30 minutes and said to run down with the dress. They pinned it, sewed in new darts and had ready for me the NEXT day! Looked amazing - fit was perfect …and was a fair price. They saved the day! Always use Nu-Way for husband’s shirts and suits. Highly recommend for all. Thank you Nu-Way!!

5/5 stars! I will never forget how Nu-Way saved the day for me. A few weeks ago the zipper on my bridesmaid dress broke the night before a wedding. I brought the dress to Nu-Way as soon as they opened the next morning and they took in my dress with no hesitation to replace the zipper (and, by the way, I've never been there before, so I was a new customer, not a regular customer). They even had the zipper replaced faster than they initially estimated. 2 other cleaners turned me down that morning before I went to Nu-Way, and Nu-Way literally saved the day for me and had the dress ready within 2 hours. I will 1000% be going here moving forward for all my cleaning/tailoring services.

Hands down the best dry cleaner I've ever been to. I recently moved to the neighborhood and needed some curtains hemmed and pressed. They were just so welcoming, efficient, and did an amazing job. When I hung my curtains, I realized my floor was a bit uneven and one panel needed to be 1" shorter...I went back. Yes, that's the kind of little detail that bothers me! It would have driven me crazy to leave them like that and I would have paid extra, but owner said "no problem", and just redid the panel free of charge by the next day. Not going anywhere else!

Besides normal dry cleaning services, I have had 6 bridesmaid dresses altered & they preserved my wedding dress. The staff are very knowledgeable & responsive. i have a very old yellow leather jacket that was recently damaged. since it’s yellow, not a lot of places had the tools or were willing to work on it. i brought it into nu-way and they were very transparent about everything that could be done for it. i went in and picked it up the next day and it looked beautiful. not many other places would have been able to produce the kind of work they did

I don't normally write reviews but this was clearly the exception. Nu-Way was outstanding. My wedding was on Friday the 1st of July and...well let's just say I waited until the last minute to try on my shirt. The sleeves on my shirt made me look like a wizard (extremely baggy) and I started to panic a bit. I quickly researched tailors in white plains and found Nu-Way. I saw that they offered 24 hour tailoring so I went to them on Wednesday the 29th with my shirt and was greeted by an awesome staff! Frank, the tailor, was incredible. Made me feel comfortable and popped some pins in my shirt. He said he would definitely have it done for the next day, and not to worry. I left feeling good. This was about 8am. I get an email from Nu-Way at around 4:30pm that SAME DAY that my shirt was ready. I couldn't believe it. I flew there and was greeted by the same great staff, saw my guy Frank and immediately tried on the shirt. Perfect. No more wizard sleeves. The service here was incredible, and they eased my nerves and stress. Great work Nu-Way! By the way, the wedding on Friday was great and the suit/shirt we're perfect. Thank you again to everyone there, especially my friend Frank! I will 100% come back with any tailoring or cleaner work. Thanks!

My father and I have been using Nu-Way Cleaners for years. They provide the highest quality service to their customers but also make the entire process as convenient as possible. All of our shirts are always crisp and pressed well. They frequently check your shirts to add any buttons that may have fallen off prior to you having your shirt cleaned. Every time you walk into the store you are always greeted by a friendly face. Could not recommend them more.

I wanted to share my excellent experience with Nu- Way! I had my wedding dress altered and they did a fabulous, perfect job. Every single detail down to the hand sewn sequins (everything had to be removed to adjust any length in fabric, etc and re- sewn on by hand by the tailor). They made sure I left feeling happy and pleased with every visit and always had a smile on their face. They worked tirelessly to ensure my dress was perfect for my special day! I will post pictures when my wedding is over. Brides- please do not hesitate to reach out and schedule with them- you won't be disappointed!

This family owned business is a local gem. I needed some items dry cleaned and pressed for a wedding and of course it was left until last minute. I made the gentleman at the desk aware and all he said was "not a problem". AND they had everything done in under an hour. UNBELIEVABLE. The owner Rich was very kind and professional and another tea member was even considerate enough to take my payment promptly when he noticed I had a cab waiting outside. Its unfair on my part to ask for such a rushed service but with no issues the team at Nu-Way took care of it. Great job guys!! Will definitely be back. Thank you Nu-Way

Our family has trusted Nu Way for years. Most recently, my mom brought down my 40 year old baptism outfit to be cleaned for me to use for my daughter’s upcoming baptism. We weren’t even sure it would make it through a cleaning without falling apart, let alone come out like a brand new gown. Friendly staff and great service!! Came here last minute right before they closed with a zipper repair that 2 others said they couldn’t do. Not only did they do the job but did it in less than 10 minutes and even waived the same day fee! Ivan and the whole team were great and I will definitely be back!

Needing same day (or at least next day) dry cleaning service has been difficult since the pandemic but Nu-way Cleaners was a life saver. This morning, I brought my boyfriend’s suit to be dry cleaned along with a dress that needed the split to be stitched closed - Ivan was extremely informative and helpful, assuring me my items would be available tomorrow morning, in time for our event. Surprisingly, I received a call several hours later, my items were ready! Nu-way has made a stressful day a lot better! Thank you so much and I intend on coming back to bring in my winter coats.

Starting coming here as a kid with my aunt, then as an adult came to give them my business! I’m a waitress by trade, and always like my shirts clean and pressed. They gave me a deal on my shirts since they’re only for work, so I’m not paying an arm and a leg for clothes just to get worn and dirty. Everyone there is super friendly and helpful…. But let’s talk about IVAN! Always super kind, and goes ABOVE AND BEYOND! If i ever have a problem or any questions, he’s the first person i go To. He’ll make sure the problem is resolved and will do everything sure everything is just how you want it, every time ! Love coming to NuWay, can’t imagine going anywhere else :) (i have Come for cleaning and alterations on other items, both services are done quickly and with great care)

Best dry cleaner - highly recommend!! Not only is their work quality amazing, cost friendly and quick but the owners and workers are so nice! I use them for dry cleaning my favorite pieces and recently went in last minute for a dress hem that they were able to turn around same day! I also introduced them to my company’s building where they do daily pick up and drop now that my coworkers love! You can’t go wrong using these people! Highly recommend!

If I could give them 10 stars, I would! I needed last minute alterations for a bridesmaid dress- I was getting on a plane in 5 days! I contacted Nu Way because of their great reviews, and even then they exceeded my expectations! They got back to me right away, I dropped the dress off and I was assured there was nothing to worry about, that they would take care of it.. within 36 hours my dress was ready and it’s perfect! When I moved to the Westchester area, I struggled to find a quality cleaner at the right price and quick turnaround. Nu-way Cleaners is extremely professional, the garments come back looking brand new, and they handle with great care. They were able to remove stains that I could not for years. What I love most in my hectic schedule, is how quickly they turnaround my garments. They are the best you are going to find in the area! Highly recommend!

I purchased a flower girl dress from David's Bridal that turned out to be way too big. It also arrived with more wrinkles than a Shar Pei puppy. In a panic (the wedding is in two weeks) I brought it to Nu Way and asked if there was anything they could do. Well, they did and amazing job. It fits her perfectly and looks spectacular. Side note: The tailoring area is not like your typical cleaners. Most places you try something on behind a curtain, which never really closes properly, in an area that is 1' squared. Not this place. Two large dressing areas with benches. Also, the staff! So nice! The man that pinned her dress was so patient and gentle with a squirming 4 year old. If I could give them more stars I would. This is not the first time I've used them and it won't be the last.

I left behind my favorite cleaners of 10+ years when I moved from Brooklyn last spring and was reluctant to use the pick-up/drop-off service that my new bldg recommended. im not one to take the time and write a review- After being turned away from 4 locations due to tailors either not working or it was too short of a notice, I tried Nu-ways as my last. From the phone call to in person experience was unreal. I’ve never been taken care of so well by a cleaners. With my request on a last minute rushed alternation on a dress, they never seemed upset or annoyed. Pricing was very reasonable, didn’t take advantage needing same day alterations. Dress was done perfectly! Tailor even saw some imperfections I wasn’t aware of and did them for me as he worked, free of charge! From Owner to employees they were all such an understanding, dedicated, professional and friendly staff. Couldn’t be happier.
