Bryn Mawr Cleaners did an amazing job preparing my gown ahead of my wedding. Lucy and John are the best! Not only did they do a thorough job preparing my dress, but they cleaned it twice just to make sure a certain stubborn stain was gone before the wedding. I can’t begin to express my gratitude, I highly recommend them! They also handled alterations and cleaning for my entire bridal party!

If you need tailoring services look no further. They have done great jobs on tailoring my suits and also dresses for the women in my family (they recently transformed a very difficult dress to alter for my niece’s prom, but they exceeded all expectations and made it work!) + Lucy and the team have such wonderful personalities that make it a memorable and favorable experience. Amazing place, they took in my dress shirt and dress to be straightened 2 hours before a wedding ceremony we had to attend! They did an amazing job and very quickly! Thank you so much for taking care of us on such short notice! Highly recommend, also very polite owner!

Dropped off my white coat for dry cleaning and patch sowing on a Tuesday afternoon and it was ready by Wednesday at 4pm. The jacket was clean, well ironed and the patch was centered appropriately. Will definitely be using their services again. Thanks!

Upon calling I spoke w/ John, when I arrived John was personable, honest, and diligent about aiding to my problem. I had a white dress with a funky blue stain on it & needed same day service. Not only was he successful but called to reassure me the job was complete! Thank You John & staff for such a pleasurable experience. You now have a returning customer for life.

I cannot say enough good things about Bryn Mawr cleaners. I came to them because I had ordered a custom wedding gown and when it arrived two weeks before my wedding, it had several small tailoring issues but more importantly, it had the entirely wrong neckline. Since the dress was made overseas, there wasn't enough time to send it back for alterations by the designer. My aunt who is an accomplished seamstress herself recommended Bryn Mawr. Lucy the owner carefully examined the dress. She told me that she has never had a complaint but wanted me to understand the risks associated with making a drastic change to the neckline of the dress. I appreciated her forthrightness, but I knew I wanted the change, and the seamstress seemed confident, so I moved forward. Over the next few days I returned twice to try on the altered dress and then to pick it up after it had been steamed. It was absolutely perfect and I was thrilled with the outcome. I have recommended Bryn Mawr several times since then and plan to bring all my alterations there in the future. They were professional, accommodating, quick, reasonably priced, talented, and KIND.

5 plus stars!!! I wrote a review a few years ago when I just moved into the neighborhood, I was use to dealing with a CHEAP dry cleaner. After being a customers for years they're NOT EXPENSIVE AT ALL. I am constantly surprised when I pick my dry cleaning up. John recently dry cleaned my CK trench coat the coat looked brand new! I'm so happy. Their prices are great the work they do is 5 stars.. Lucy is the best at fixing my zippers,purses & she even took my leather jacket in John & Lucy are awesome people,so kind to their customers. I just picked up another jacket that was dry cleaned for my dad, it looks brand new. My dry cleaning isn't rushed, John even dry cleaned my CK trench coat 2xs..at no extra charge. They take pride in their work & I can honestly say "this is the best dry cleaner I ever dealt with" Thank you John, Lucy & the team..

Excellent seamstress! Highly recommended. This place is it for me! Lucy made my suit fit like a glove. Very pleasant girl, not to mention her skills as a seamstress.
