Zoilyna PastorThere was a machine that was out of service with no sign. The person working here said that she told the person prior that the machine wasn’t working. I said fine so can I have a refund? She said that she could not because she didn’t have access to open the coin compartment in the machine. I said but you have money in your office. She said she didn’t. But I clearly saw people buying products from her. I then asked for a recipe to later get a refund. And she said she was not allowed to do that. I then said you should put an out of service sign on the machine then. She said I was going to. Then minutes later after my mother and I complained she put an out of service sign. Just seemed like they were trying to scam people. These machine are also kinda old.

After speaking to the person in charge the following day they they gladly gave us a refund of the 5 dollars we had lost. The main person in charge is very kind and always has been.
