Literally ran in here with a wardrobe malfunction. Although they were pretty busy, they saw the urgency to get me taken care of right away.
Normally I would've had to wait an hour for the work they were doing but because I was basically sitting in the dressing half naked, they got me out of here within 20 minutes.

A few weeks ago the zipper on my bridesmaid dress broke the night before a wedding. I brought the dress to Nu-Way as soon as they opened the next morning and they took in my dress with no hesitation to replace the zipper (and, by the way, I've never been there before, so I was a new customer, not a regular customer). They even had the zipper replaced faster than they initially estimated. 2 other cleaners turned me down that morning before I went to Nu-Way, and Nu-Way literally saved the day for me and had the dress ready within 2 hours. I will 1000% be going here moving forward for all my cleaning/tailoring services.
Carla NoriegaHands down the best dry cleaner I've ever been to. I recently moved to the neighborhood and needed some curtains hemmed and pressed. They were just so welcoming, efficient, and did an amazing job. When I hung my curtains, I realized my floor was a bit uneven and one panel needed to be 1" shorter...I went back. Yes, that's the kind of little detail that bothers me! It would have driven me crazy to leave them like that and I would have paid extra, but owner said "no problem", and just redid the panel free of charge by the next day. Not going anywhere else!

They pick up and drop off right to our house and make dry cleaning VERY convenient for us. They also handle all alterations and are extremely professional and responsive. I cannot recommend them enough!
Kara TarkoffBest service ever!!! I use Nu-Way for all my dry cleaning, and they have always been great, whether it’s hemming pants or curtains or getting a stain out! I called Nu-Way in a bind as my daughter’s costume button fell off and she needed it sewn for her dance competition that night! 5 minutes later after stopping in - the tailor took care of it. Kristeni have a very old yellow leather jacket that was recently damaged. since it’s yellow, not a lot of places had the tools or were willing to work on it. i brought it into nu-way and they were very transparent about everything that could be done for it. i went in and picked it up the next day and it looked beautiful. not many other places would have been able to produce the kind of work they did

austin pierceNu Way Cleaners EXCEEDED my expectations. My guy (Ivan) kept his word and completely got a 6 month old pasta & oil stain out of 4 of my FAVORITE hoodies. Not only did they deliver results, he kept everything professional, stayed true to the timeline of completion, and provided truthful/proactive communication throughout. Nu Way definitely needs to keep Ivan around, he’s the goat! Overall, I’d give these guys a 1,000/10 stars for the work they did. I’m super f***** thankful I found this place lol, and they will be cleaning my Yeezys next.
