I was turned down for same day service by another dry cleaning company at 9:15am (cut-off 9:00am). I called Zips, and although I missed their same day svc cut off time, they told me to come in anyway, and provided same day service. So greatful for them!

The staff is always friendly. I never have to wait more than a minute or 2 for them to help me. Also, my clothes are always returned to me quickly and cleaned well. In fact, I had a shirt that needed special care. They were able to clean it for me and it looked like new! Very happy with this place!

Zips Dry cleaners provided fantastic service and excellent quality of work. My group was in town for a business event for the week and zips was able to accommodate our quick same day dry cleaning and wash and fold requests with out a problem. Thanks again to the staff.

My new favorite dry cleaners! The store front is nice and clean. They do a good job with their dry cleaning. Same day if it is in by 9am. They open early and stay open later than other locations in the area. The staff are always very friendly. The prices are really really cheap but still good quality dry cleaning. I would and have recommended this dry cleaners to my friends!

I waited to write a review until I'd visited 5 or 6 times and I have only positive things to say about Zips. The clothes always look nice and the service is good. Often, I get an email saying my dry cleaning is ready and ready before promised at that. They are my new "go-to" cleaners.

Wow! Has to be the lowest price in the area. The dresses I gave them came back beautiful. I even got an email when they were ready, which was 3 hours before they were due. I will 100% be bringing them more clothes.

When I found out there was a location opening I was excited. Knowing that I used to take my clothes to Zips all the time in MD. The prices are cheap compare to other dry cleaning areas around. And they have your clothes ready the same day!
