The entire team at Tide in South Tampa is professional, efficient, and kind. I especially appreciate my interactions with Baudi, she is super proactive when it comes to customer service. I usually request pick-up and delivery, but sometimes my schedule gets changed up and she goes out of her way to call me to figure out what I need before I even have to call. We have been taking our dry cleaning for almost a year to this location and can recommend this great local cleaners as the place to get your dry cleaning done! I'm very happy to have made the switch from our previous cleaners. Thank you for your awesome service!

Been going here for about a month or two after my husband recommended them. It’s the best dry cleaner experience I ever had. They call you if there’s a problem and need to keep your dry cleaners a little longer, which I appreciate the level of detail so I don’t mind at all. The desk agents are very professional and kind. Which there was more locations near me.

Great service started on the phone when I spoke with Emily. I was then treated like family from walking in the door. The owner, Berry, introduced himself and I explained how I had been searching for an in-house dry cleaning facility and not a drop-off cleaners. I handed my garments and they were ready incredibly fast. The convenience of the valet and drop-off/pick up automated system available 24 hours a day is phenomenal. The best part is that they do a perfect job. Thank you Berry for your attention to detail. I will recommend your location to all of my friends and family. Extremely satisfied and glad to have found you. Thank you!

The absolute best dry cleaner in Tampa. Even though it is more than a 30 minute drive for us and there are many other dry cleaners close, it's worth the drive. The cleaning and the service are unmatched!

I was recently in your cleaners. It was my first visit.When I approached the door, I was promptly greeted by a friendly female worker. I think her name was Sophie.She was super nice. You need more employes like her. She was very attentive and had great customer service. With employees like that, I will always come back to ride dry cleaners.

Tide Dryer cleaner is the only place I use in south Tampa. I’ve never had an issue with my clothes, service reliability. The owner and staff are very professional and truly cares about their customers.

Used them for the first time. Prices were reasonable compared to some others, especially those that raised their rates x times recently. Some items weren’t ready when promised, but would still use them again.

This place rocks. I came in just to get a white dress shirt dry cleaned - turns out it had a small stain I hadn’t even noticed. The team here made it their mission to get my shirt looking new again, and succeeded. Just for one shirt - not even a big order. On top of that they’re an environmentally friendly business, so I can feel even better about using their services. Will definitely be coming here for all my dry cleaning needs from now on!

Love this cleaners, customer service is beyond reproach and the dry cleaning is the best I've had in the Tampa area. They are very detailed oriented when it comes to your clothes and it shows. Highly recommended, even if it isn't the most convenient for you, it's about ten minutes out of my way, but worth it. I just wish they would open more locations!

This dry cleaners is amazing. I was overwhelmed with surprise and joy when I first walked into this location. The staff here is pleasant. They were able to restore a white comforter that I had no hope for and they dry cleaned a fully pleated dress without ruining any of the pleats. I look forward to being a long-time customer of this dry cleaners.

Awesome Customer Service from Mandy!!!!! Exceeded my expectations!!! Bring all my delicates there and had all my large couch pillow covers done!! Turned out beautiful, and for a fraction of the price other cleaners wanted to charge me...Always sending out coupons. Love this place!

Convenient. A bit pricey. Not happy with their bate and switch coupon policy. Supposed to get 50% off first order but doesn't apply to things like wash and fold. Probably a one and done for me.
