Very convenient if you’re traveling and you don’t have cash. Use their credit card machines! Only thing that’s weird is you pay a dollar to use the bathroom and it isn’t even clean.

First time coming to this laundry mat. Was greeted and blessed as soon as I walked in the door. I forgot my laundry soap and without hesitation the kind man told me that it was on the house as well as a free wash. The place is clean and washer and dryers work great. However, The best part of this laundromat mat is the staff. I give them 10 stars. Thank you for you kindness and I will be paying it forward!!!

I've tried this place twice now for pickup / delivery, first time it took a week and a half to get my stuff back (they say 48 hrs) and now I just got another text from them saying my order won't be ready on time...as a business you've gotta at least be able to set proper expectations...they seem like they're too busy for their own good and it's starting to impact quality. Update: despite the text they sent about a delay my clothes showed up on time so updating based on a decent second experience.

This is definitely our new laundromat. It's clean! Even the bathroom! And there's plenty of machines. Their laundry soap is a little on the pricey side, so definitely want to bring some with me next time, and I don't exactly like that you have to pay to use the bathroom, but maybe that's why they're able to keep it clean. I definitely like the card system. Wayyyyyy better than having to get a bunch of quarters! Out of 30 washers only 4 were out of order so not bad, and same for the dryers, only 2 out of order.

This is a great laundromat. It is clean and the A/C is strong and comfortable. It smells nice. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is because you have to add money to a laundry card and it is not clear. There should be some clear signs posted. I kept trying to use my debit and credit cards and it kept saying "bad card read." There was a man working who I feel should have told me what was up when he saw me inserting my card over and over. It is possible that he did not notice the trouble I was having. Either way, now that I figured it out I will go again.

My experience has always been outstanding whether it was ironing antique linens or washing clothes. I love the pickup and delivery service as Craig is prompt, helpful and kind. This woman-owned business is awesome and I highly recommend the services and the Customer Service! This is a true gem in Tampa!

Nice staff, never had a problem with laundry services or men's dry cleaning. I just took a beaded gown there and it came home missing beads and with a few small holes. The fabric is delicate, but I would have rather them tell me they couldn't clean it instead of ruining it. **Edit: They sent me a check for the price of the dress. Something they did not have to do. I updated my review and gave them 5 stars.

First time here, doesn't use cash machines You have to buy a card. I bought a card and put 30 on it and it won't work. Says the card is invalid. On top of that 2 ladies in here used these extremely expensive machines and they took their money without starting their load. EDIT TO ADD, Annie was able to help out and make it right so if you have issues, just call and ask for Annie! She is the only reason I would return and this place isn't still 1 star

Very nice people and great wash and fold prices. Called me to let me know my clothes were ready and let me leave them there an extra day. Even bagged up my laundry for me because I had no bags. I highly recommend them.

I love this place! I come all the way from Plant City to use it. It's always clean. The dryers are nice and hot and cheap. The washers are a great price too. I love using the laundry card. So much easier than stupid heavy quarters. And the staff is so nice and helpful! Carmen and Dania especially make you feel like family. Wifi is super fast. Cameras EVERYWHERE make me feel safe when I come at night.

There were several machines with 'Out of Order' signs and the restroom appears to have not been cleaned in a while. But still, it's a convenient facility with air conditioning and TVs. Also, the security cameras are reassuring, concerning personal security. Also, the pricing is reasonable. ⭐⭐⭐⭐

Absolutely love Tampa laundry company. Between the clean and safe environment, card system and the helpful employees. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Today was especially great because we were helped my Karmen who went above and beyond to help and accommodate our large amount of laundry. I highly recommend giving this laundry company to anyone in the area. We drive 25 min just to come here

This place is NICE. I drove like 15 min to get here because all the laundromats in my area are infested with homeless people who extort you for money and I really wanted to avoid that. The people here are sweet and helpful, it's clean enough, I really like the prepaid card idea! One 🌟 lost because of pricing. It's a bit expensive, $6 per load, but I'll definitely be coming back.

The machines do a good job of cleaning and drying. However tonight 3/8/2020 and also 3/7, there were multiple dryer sheets on the floor and scattered laundry left behind. Both garbage cans were overflowing. In addition the floors need a good cleaning as well as the tops of the machines, the tops of the tables and the rusted table legs need repair. Tonight I arrived around 8:30pm, last night around 6:30pm. Your employees are pleasant! Just the place needs a good thorough cleaning.

Tampa Laundry Company, namely Carmen, are awesome! A super clean facility, a helpful staff, well lighted and safe for all hours, and an easy to use process. I went in to wash my king size comforter and wasn't quite sure which machine would be best, but Carmen was right there to offer help and support to ensure my comforter would be thoroughly cleaned and dried. Highly reccomend this place!

First time here. I came with about 6-8 loads of laundry and I used two washers. They have a wonderfully big one that I was able to put two large blankets plus towels and linens. $8.99. If I would have used smaller washers it would have easily distributed out just over this price. So I can't complain . The laundry card needed accepts credit cards. There are vending machines for snacks, laundry care, and sodas. Only 13 slots for parking my plus one handicap but I didn't have trouble . Free wifi which I was unaware of. Next time I will bring my computer to get some work done while I wait. The ceiling fans kept it nice and cool considering the use of these machines. I will more than likely be returning soon. Oh, and their smaller washers are 4.99, but you can get enough squeezed in. Oh and they have tiny washers for 1.99. 30 lbs dryer is 0.39, 50 lbs 0.59 and 80 lbs is 0.79 for 9 minutes of dry time.

Fancy laundry! Fun place! I went at 6am and enjoyed it! Its quiet and have security cameras everywhere. They also don't bother u. The employees are absolutely awesome!

Haven't been there yet. I go on Monday. The prices seem reasonable. Use a card instead of cash. Will be moving so don't like that but it will work. Will give my card to my son to use. Person answered phone there was helpful and friendly. It's close so I am going to try it. I was impressed by the pictures on the internet...lots of machines and clean too.

What a joy to have this service available! Dropped off and picked up my laundry same day (a bit more pricey for same day). Was ready before 3pm and was folded up so nice and shrink wrapped. Thoroughly enjoyed coming home to put it away when it was folded so nice! Thanks Tampa Laundry Company!

Great staff. Great service. Wish I had found this place sooner. If you're looking for a good place to do your laundry, or drop off and have them do it, definitely give them a try! Saves my wife and I a lot of time. Tip: bring hangers with if you want your stuff hung up.(my wife loves having her scrubs hung up)

Although I've had a few mishaps with their dry cleaning service, the company owner (Amy) has remedied the issues quickly. She cares tremendously about her business. This is a 24-hour laundromat that I enjoy going to to do my laundry since I live in walking distance from it. I like to go late night early morning but lately there's been a lot of homeless people hanging out that makes me a little bit more cautious about going there to do laundry.

This is the second laundromat I've ever done laundry at. Before that, the only thing I ever use the laundromat for was to look four rooms for rent on the bulletin board when I was broke in 2019. When I use the laundromat over on Kennedy, incidentally the first laundromat I ever used, I accidentally put an entire bottle of tide in the wash cycle. And they have those machines that refused to unlock until the cycle is over. At least this one over here on Gandy doesn't usually have shirtless homeless guys sitting out front smoking cigarettes and looking at you funny. Odds are that I might be back if I can't move back into the house on Clark Ave.

Nice machines, clean facility. I like the card system, beats having loads of quarters. Machines work well and are reasonably priced. Remember, front loaders don't require as much detergent!

As far as laundromats or dry cleaners go, this is by far the best I've ever been to! The cleanliness and staff are OUT OF this world (Denia is AMAZING! She's my girl!)! I manage vacation rentals and many times Denia and her team were able to get out stains of unknown origin (!!) that a regular clean didn't remove. It's saved me so much money and so many trips to the store to replace a duvet cover or comforter because she can save it!! She's always able to work with your schedule for pick up and is sweet as can be in the process. The prices are a little higher than you'd pay at a rundown laundromat but for the quality of this place and the service, the prices are absolutely worth it. I have yet to try the "drop off X lbs of laundry and pick up later" but it's only $1.29/lb and if you don't like doing your laundry or have a terrible machine at home, this would be worth it too (I'm one of those people who hate doing laundry). So many other laundromats are gross and have terrible AC and sub par service (if any!). This place is clean, open 24/7, has free wifi, and it's never hot- even though it's a million degrees outside. Come to Tampa Laundry Company and have your laundry experience forever changed!!!

They are excellent and top Mitch at letting you know how long you take using the restroom. I tell you, they really have their new world order act I think they should get a monetary prize from the good old George Soros himself.. Oh, and by the way, it's a great laundromat too. They use cards instead of coins, which I find a lot more convenient. A bit pricey though for the area.

I usually do not have other people do my laundry for me. However, this week was crazy busy and I was running out of underwear and work clothes so I had no other choice. The kindness and sweet service was amazing by all of the staff was incredible! (Especially the lady from California, yes, I feel bad for not remembering her name.) It's like if I had asked my mom to to my laundry. The clothes are so neatly folded and bundled. I think I'm spoiled and I will end up doing this instead of doing it myself. Thank you, guys!!!

Our washer broke down. I haven't been to a laundry in close to 15 years. This is a very clean place. Well maintained. Took a while to figure out the prices and the cards. Not a fan of the silly cards.

I have used Tampa Laundry Company for over six months and am very happy. I tend to buy expensive clothes and need to protect those investments; using TLC allows me to do that. Perhaps most importantly, TLC saves me time by coming to my office for pick-up and drop-off service, all within 48 hours, and all with very affordable pricing.

This place is not what I expected walking into a laundromat. So clean and everything is used with a laundry card that you receive for free. You can use cash or card to load the card. The attendants are also very friendly when I asked them to help me figure everything out.

The other day i went to the laundry mat the machine started messing up and didnt fully wash my clothes i got upset in went to the front counter and complained.
