This is the only laundry room I'll really use. It's clean, spacious sorta. The workers are really nice. There's been a couple times I had to drop it off and they did the washing and folding, amazing job, at a reasonable price too and got it back the same day.

I have an Airbnb close by and I take my bedding here to get washed and dried by them. I drop them off and the next day it's ready to be picked up. Excellent service and no issues.

Came here on a weekend and again on a weekday. Although it was a lot less busy on the weekday, there were plenty of open machines on both occasions and lots of space to move around. Very comfortable, everything is clean even the bathroom, has little tables to sit at and we ate our lunch there. The dryer is quick and cheap but will probably need to be run a couple times. The staff are super nice and very knowledgeable about their machines and were able to immediately fix a problem we were having with one of the washing machines. I was very surprised at how pleasant the overall experience was and would return again.

I had no experience with laundromats and was in a pinch so I walked in this place and said hello. The woman working there kindly greeted me and after I told her I didn't know what to do ahe kindly assisted me without hesitation or attitude. It took 20 minutes to wash what I needed and that was it. If I ever need to use a laundry in the area I will return here. The place appeared a bit run down and could use an update of paint perhaps but it was clean and functioning.

Update: I don't know what happened since I posed the review below, but I decided to revisit and my experience was much better than the last. The attendant was more attentive and considerate. Sometimes, you have to give someone a second chance. :) - About an month ago, I first used The Laundry Room of Brandon. The high Google reviews lured me to this location. It seemed like a nice friendly place to quietly wash some clothes. The older couple working were very nice and helpful. They treated the place like it was their own business and kept everything clean and flowing well. The lady attendant went out of her way to inform me that the large dryer was free with the purchase of the XL $13 washer, which was a huge help! Because, of the excellent customer service and attendance of the couple running the laundromat, I decided that taking the long drive over here was worth every penny. That brings us to today, December 31st, 2021. The older couple is not working. I hope they are ok, they just seemed like really sweet people. If this is a business that they own, I hope they employee better staff in the future. Today, there was a different lady working and this experience was completely opposite of my prior visit. Listed are some cons I experienced today. · The bathroom door remained locked and the only way to use it is to go to the front of the building, grab the key, then make a trek back to the back of the store where the bathroom is located. It wasn't as clean during this visit. · I used the $13 washing machine, just as before. When it was time to put my laundry in the large dryer (it's free, remember, for 1 hr), I went to ask the attendant to start the dryer for me. She began asking another lady if she was still using the dryer, then began asking other customers if I had used the $13 dryer. Finally, a customer vouched for me and the attendant rudely started the dryer. · There is a sign on the front of the building encouraging customers to park in the back, so that's what I did. The back door was unlocked, just as my 1st visit; however, the attendant locked it by 3 p.m. just before I was ready to leave. When I asked the attendant to unlock it, she asked me why. I explained that I had parked in the back and I needed to load my bags into my car. Before following me to the back where my 4 large laundry bags were waiting by the door, she smirked at me and complained about how she wanted to leave. Her demeanor was negative and definitely not welcoming. All of this may not sound like much, but the overall vibe in the building was negative. The attendant acted as though every request was a bother to her. I am sad to say that I am cashing my card in and I will not be back to this location. I would rather spend less money in a business with better customer service and that is closer to home.

My washer was down for about 2 months. I used their drop off service and they did my laundry. This place and the staff are awesome. I couldn't have been more pleased with the results. I highly recommend!

Solid service, friendly employee up front even willing to show me how the machines worked since I've never used a coin laundromat before, all I needed was a drier so I was in an out in 30 minutes and my clothes are dry. Definitely will be back here if need be

I simply can not praise the Laundry Room enough. I called last night to get information. The woman I spoke with was extremely patient with my many questions and very helpful. I am used to doing my laundry at home. However, after wrestling with trying to do large items that a home machine simply can not handle. I decided to go to a laundry that had the large machines. The gentleman who was in charge today was so very helpful. He saw me struggle to push the cart, as I walk with a cane. He helped me get my things from my car, helped me select and load the machines. When they were ready to transfer to dryers he was there once again. He also insisted on me just unlocking my car and he carried everything out and loaded my car for me. He was courteous, polite and helpful. Things that are in short supply in our world. Unfortunately I couldn't bring him home with me to unload the car. LOL. I highly recommend the Laundry Room.

You can drop your clothes off here and they will wash and fold them. They do a good job and always get them done quickly. Whatever they wash the clothes with smells nice also. Really good option for when you don't have time to do the laundry. They also have washers and dryers so you can do it yourself.

These people that work here need more credit. They're very skilled at what they do. The bathroom and location is always clean. I'm not able to do my laundry myself so I decided to start paying to have it done..my only regret, NOT DOING IT SOONER. It's a dollar per pound for clothes..they do a fantastic job not only is it folded to perfection, or hung they're always so fast. Outstanding customer service!! Thank y'all so much!!

Pretty good. A little expensive, but very convenient and quick. The staff was helpful and the machines in good condition, so I didn't mind paying slightly more than other places in the area, though not a lot more. Free WiFi makes the time pass quicker. If it was a little less expensive, this would be 5 stars rather than 4. Definitely worth going to.

Wash dry and fold for $1 a pound which is fantastic when you have too much to do and you don't want to stand by the washing machine all day. The place was clean and I would definitely recommend it for doing your own laundry or for the service offered.

The lady that works at this laundry establishment is a true gem.Im not from here I live in Tennessee.She helped me so much to get my clothes done.I don't use these type of washers.So thank you Florida for making my stay here enjoyable.

The attendants can be a bit nicer. Some washers and dryers are always "sick" .. the place just needs some TLC. Prices could be a bit lower. Place gets my clothing washed so guess they aren't too bad. Like I said places needs some TLC.

Attendant was more than willing to help you! Clean and comfortable place to wash, dry and fold your laundry. They do have a laundry service if you'd rather drop it off!

This is a very clean laundry mat that has two extremely large washers! The attendant on the other hand leaves a lot to be desired as far as customer service goes. The machines do take a card which cost you 75 cents and whatever money is left on the card is given back to you minus the 75 cents. The washer are NOT self explanatory. The attendant hates to be bothered with how to work the machines so if you decide to go there here are a few tips: 1. Have cash. 2. Pre-set your water temp BEFORE you put your card into the slot. 3. Watch your clothes 4. Dryers take approximately 45 mins to dry a regular size load. Hope this helps.

Excellent staff. I've used their services for years never disappointed. The only reason I gave a 4 out of 5 is because it's some what an inconvenience that they only accept cash. However if that's how they keep prices down and deliver great service, I'll live with it!!!
