Solid human beings being solid human beings to other human beings. Contagious friendliness that goes a long way always. I love good customer service and seeing people who deserve success grow their empires. Suits here are tailor made by a hell of a tailor who only works with quality materials. The staff here are beautifully souled people and the work always exceptional and on time. Lifelong customer who is just rooting for their continued success. Words can’t express how genuine I find them to be.

Courteous staff and competent checking in and out. Tailor is there part time, also courteous and does good work. All dry cleaning and laundry comes back in great shape with no odor. I've been coming here for years even though others are closer to home.

I have been a customer for the better part of 2 years dropping off dress shirts and pants, weekly. Rhonda and Doris are always friendly and helpful and always greet me with a smile. I have never had any issues with them, and because I am a habitual spiller, they treat every stain with a vengeance. without compromising the integrity of the fabric, regardless. In addition, they can handle any alterations you may have. Solomon is a master tailor. From a hem, to a complete reconstruction of any item of clothes, you won't find a finer tailor anywhere. I highly recommend Dimple's!!

By far the best dry cleaners I've ever used. Never had anything besides perfectly done clothes and the service is terrific. I only use them in Tampa and they have my clothes ready as soon as I pull into the parking lot. Dropping off literally takes less than a minute and they have same day pickup. Rhonda is the best!

I have been a happy customer for 2 years. I have trusted Dimple's with my suits, dress shirts, and dress pants for over a year when I lived nearby. Now that I live in Riverview (about 20 minutes away), I am still loyal to Dimple's, and make special trips when I am in town! They have been nothing but friendly and amazing and I will continue to be loyal to them, regardless of where I move!

I’ve been a steady customer of Dimples services for an on going basis now, specifically the South Howard location. The quality and assurance of their customer service matches if not exceeds their premium level of dry cleaning. The staff has been more than willing to accommodate me on a multitude of occasions our of sheer kindness. I have referred them to a number of colleagues within the South Tampa area and am thankful for the effort Dimples demonstrates.

Great place! Never encountered any issues. Staff is always friendly and helpful, which is why I have been a happy customer for years. One time I even showed up half an hour before they opened. As I was walking away, because I saw I was there too early, I heard my name. They still took my clothes before they even officially opened so I did not have to come back later. I highly recommend it.

I am in this very location 2 times a week with 10 - 20 item each visit. Everyone is awesome there! beyond friendly. start pulling my stuff when they see me in the parking lot. If their is a line, I trust them to just hand them my huge bag of clothes when I drop off that it will all be done right. Thank you to the Ladies at Dimples that always help me!

Fast service, took my three piece separate in and was done the next day, I paid $16. Hope to use again never noticed how close they were to me. Service was good, I’ve taken things to cleaners before and I have gotten subpar service, not at Dimples. I picked it up and it looked brand new.
