I have tried other laundromats in the area and I am so happy I found this one. It is always very neat and clean. The staff is always very helpful, and I absolutely love that its a small business who still offers coin laundry instead of the card system racket that the larger chain places run. They are grateful for their customers and it really shows. I wont go anywhere else.

First time going to this laundromat and the service is great,costumer service amazing, the place very clean,has big machines and huge dryers, all in top working condition, they got special on Wednesdays and for convenience a restaurant next door . I recommend this place to everyone, is not a big laundromat but good in every aspect.

I am 76 years old so when I have to put coins in a machine, I need someone to do it for me because of arthritis in my hands. Whenever I am at Conde's Laundromat, the manager recognizes me and always offers to put the coins into the machines. Whenever I am having troubles putting detergent or bleach they are also there and always with a smile. This is the only place to do your laundry. Ronald Dunham

I have been going Condes for about a year now and never had a problem with them. Accept for to day, the attended did not understand English so I called the Owner and explained the problem I was having. He apologized and and called the attended and the problem was solved. We've been in all 50 states, and this laundromat is absolutely the best. Super clean, friendly staff, and excellent front loading washers. Air conditioned, with a nice TV to watch instead of the dryer going round and round.

It's clean. prices are more than other laundromat. It's 1.75 more here than in Carrollwood.Dryers 5 mins. I spent 5.00 in drying 2 perm press clothes..4 pairs of jeans.It cost me 15.00 to wash and dry 4 loads..Spanish speaking..

Tienen dos máquinas para cambiar menudo y máquinas expendedoras desnacks. Prestan servicio para que dejes tu ropa y recogerla después. Está en una muy buena ubicación en Tampa.
