It's been a while since I was at a laundromat. I needed to go out some place not too inconveniently far from home, or local mass transit access on the Eastside & Overlake Village Maytag Laundromat really fit into those deciding factors well. 👌👍 There is a change machine that is available for customers, & plenty of chairs to sit on as you wait for your loads of laundry to finish. You pay depending on what size of washing & dryers you want to use. The bigger the machine the greater it will cost you. Luckily I only needed 2 small very full loads done from washing cycles through drying cycles done today.

Rob and rest of the staff are very good people, and very respectful. Washers are not expensive and not crowed/ very nice area too! They just added new equipment to be very efficient. Please check them out!

Clean and well supplied. I haven't been to a Laudromat in since college days and I didn't know what to expect but I was pleasantly surprised. I found it to be very clean. And while I brought my own detergent - they had some at the ready. The had plenty of carts so could wheel your clothes from washer to dryer. The new owner was helpful and kind and answered all my questions with a good sense of humor. The bathroom was clean and thank goodness they had air freshener spray. It's located in a little strip mall so parking was also convenient. Oh yeah and if anyone is looking for a place to work - there is a help wanted sign out front.

We recently had a house fire and many of our clothes were damaged with smoke and water. Rob was very helpful over the phone and even gave us advice on which cleaning products to buy. We used the drop off service and self service and had no issues with either method. Thanks so much Rob & team!

Experience from a weekday evening, has big sized washer and dryers as well. Have been here earlier as well. Good number of small washers and dryers. But also has about 5 big washers and 8 huge dryers for domestic laundry. Washers and dryers can fit anywhere from 2-4 king size comforters. Sometimes the place gets really busy, especially over the weekends. You can get quarters for cash, detergent and some other vending supplies. Overall neat place and so far my experience was very good. Really really friendly staff so far, helped me with a lot of suggestions always.

I took my laundry here when I was sick. Professional and efficient service. My laundry was finished the same day. Everything was neatly sorted and folded. Everything smelled so good. Very pleased.

Great laundromat. The employees there are OG's to make sure you got everything you need. Good music, comfortable, short of having a smoothie bar you couldn't ask for much more.

Not a lot of laundromats around on the east side, but glad this place was open and was able to dry 4 loads of clothes and sheets. My dryer broke and need to wait another week and a half for the parts. This place saved the day. Cash only and they have a change machine. Friendly service. Clean place with a bathroom. Will probably visit one more time before my dryer gets fixed.

This place is great. Super friendly attendant. Working change machine. Bathrooms. Next to Safeway and Starbucks. Plenty of parking. Last time I went one of the dryers didn’t work and without even asking the attendant paid for my next one to take care of it. Can’t recommend enough.

the American gentleman who works in the laundry. This man is very rude. he should go take care of his grandchildren. he should be more friendly and polite and more if a person asks him for help. people are going to wash and pay, people are not going to use this for free. that business works for the people who pay. without people this business does not work. what a stupid attitude of this man

I used their Mega washer to wash a full and a king sized duvet. The Mega washer held both duvets with room to spare. The washer price was only $7.50 and took 29 minutes. The laundromat was large, had a clean restroom, a small waiting area, and a full service counter with laundry supplies, snacks, etc. The bilingual attendant (English and Spanish) was helpful, friendly, and assisted customers when they took their clothes to parking lot. When I sat in the waiting area, she turned the fan on for me. Very considerate. Note that the laundromat is cash only. You will need quarters for the machines. They have a change machine on site.

Fantastic place! Went here for the first time a week ago, owner was a really pleasant person. I didn’t see a mask sign anywhere the owner wasn’t wearing one. My whole family didn’t feel pressured into wearing one to make other people feel ok. It was a huge relief. We don’t have to wear one and this is one of the first times in Bellevue/Redmond it showed to me that there is support for that. Clothing came out super clean. We were in and out not to much waiting.

I needed to wash some large comforters that are too large for a home washing machine. This laundry has several very large commercial washers and dryers. Shep, the manager, opened the doors 5 minutes early, which was nice. The laundry was very clean, neat and well organized, so I was in and out in 90 minutes. Shep was friendly and helpful and represents the business very well.

Update 1/26/20: The prices have changed! Updated details below. The staff on site during my visit were very helpful. They were always cleaning (sweeping, wiping down folding areas, sanitizing the washers) and making sure everyone got a fair turn to use the very large washers. Apparently there is a lot of demand for them. Prices are a bit overpriced now...$3 to wash in one of the regular sized washers and $1.00 for 48 minutes of drying. At least they allow you to add time in ¢25\12 minute increments. The washers seem tired now and don't spin the water out very well anymore. My medium load of light clothes took 48 minutes to dry. On-site bathroom was very clean as well.

The staff here is more then great. Unfortunately it seems the their customers (just a few) try to make it the employees fault when they try to sneak in after the 6:30 cut off. This is to ensure that all laundry is completely finished by closing time. I think people sometimes forget that employees have a life as well. And it certainly isn't fair to expect an employee that may have worked 8+ hrs and then are facing a 3+ bus ride home to stay past 8 pm because you neglected to research their operating hours.

The lady I met was very hardworking, kept cleaning up after clients and was very helpful when I accidentally put quarters in the wrong dryer. The large washers are 5.50 and the extra large one was 7. the large dryers are 25c for 8 mins. I had a very pleasant experience. It is located near to Safeway/ rite aid so you can do your grocery shopping at the same.

Great staff, clean facility and always open. I come here a lot and don't understand some of the low reviews. The owner is complimented by many for working hard to provide a vital service to those who need it most. Last coin operated laundromat in Bellevue from nine. Open 7 days a week. Never a single problem. Devoted small business owner for certain. Two thumbs up!!

Most of their machines might be old but the overall customer service is GREAT! They make me and my kids feel welcome every time. Big THANK YOU to the woman that works there on Sunday's. She was a huge help by bringing my laundry out to the car when I had to my 7month old daughter with me. That's what you call GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I told the guy who works there that I am new and first time. He were so helpful and try to help others if they need any assistance. The facility is not new but works perfectly fine with very economical price. I've done a small laundry less than 5 dollars (2.75for washing and 0.50 for dry)

Busy place with some tight spacing in places, but everyone seemed happy to be there. Including, a very hard working attendant. Whoever she was on Sunday, Aug 11, 6:30 pm she deserves applause. She took time to talk with and assist several folks who were, let's say, newbies. Two thumbs up.

Nice and cheap. I have a comforter that's too big for my washing machine. These guys charge 1/2 what my local cleaner is asking to clean it. And they do a fine job. I am a satisfied customer.

This is where I go to wash my quilts. It's a good location and it's clean. There is an attendant there. Parking can be a little challenge sometimes.

13.00 to do four loads. Not too shabby. 2.75 washer and 50c to dry. Dryers are 25c for 15 min. Larger dryers are 25c for 8 min. The lady that is here now, was nice. She even made my daughter an origami bird/swan/dinosaur ... I was here about an hour and I saw her cleaning and frequently checking dryers for lint.

March 8th 2018 at 6:45 pm. As soon as I walked in the lady who worked there turned off vaccuum & rudely yelled "were closed" with a tone like I'm an idiot for not knowing. I asked calmly & politely, "don't they close at 8:00 pm"? She huffed & puffed like a spolied angry teenager & replied, "it doesn't matter! The sign says, cutt off time is at 6:30"! No sorry no apology. Nothing just turned vacuum back on & ignored me with my tiny single one person load. Oh well. Normally I wouldn't sweat it but the lady who worked there was incredibly rude & nasty. Acted angrily toward me for asking a question. Not going there again. I will happily find another laundry mat.

Nice people and clean facility. I can use one big machine to wash almost 3 loads of laundry. The wash was 22 quarters and the large dryer took about 4 quarters.

Thanks for stating the obvious. I'll have you know that these old teeth have done a whole lot more chewing than yours have. If you want to see better teeth you could cover them!?! $2,000 gets a pretty good set of dentures. Of course imlants are a bit more. And , yas I am saving my uarters! At least I still smie .
